Research On The Optimization Of Weifang Experimental Middle School Overall Budget Management System

At present,with the continuous progress of China's reform and opening up and the vigorous development of the market economy,China's private education has made great progress,has become an important part of China's education.Development of non-governmental education is an objective reflection of market economy in the field of education and the inherent requirement,private education in the past 30 years of development,from scratch,no matter from the number of students or the number of students in school,the scale is constantly growing,has formed the field of pre-school,primary and secondary schools,vocational education and higher education in the field of large structure.But private schools and public schools are different,need to self-raised funds,financial self-sufficiency,so if they want to have a foothold in the competitive education market,must improve the management level,formulate long-term objectives and strategic plan,through the construction of a comprehensive budget management system,better allocation of scarce resources,to improve the competitiveness of the school,and achieve healthy,sustained and high-level development.This paper generalizes the comprehensive budget management related theory and research,and then to weifang experimental middle school as an example,the paper analyzes the current situation of the school,the current budget management,put forward the deficiencies existing in the current budget management,including budget preparation,implementation,adjustment and control and so on various aspects,on the basis of analyzing the existing problems in budget management,and put forward the suitable for the university's scientific and effective comprehensive budget management,establish the corresponding system of comprehensive budget management system and the optimization and improvement measures are put forward,to the school each department center,theevaluation is effective to improve the velocity and efficiency of school funds,Improve budget management.At the same time,it is hoped that the study on the construction of comprehensive budget management system in weifang experimental middle school can provide reference for private schools in China to implement comprehensive budget management.
