| Since reform and opening-up,Chinese private education has grown rapidly.It has played an important role in Chinese higher education system,which contributed to Chinese social economy.But in the fierce competition in education market,private school,as a self-sustaining economic entity,has to improve the management level to get further development.The resources like people,goods,money of private school is very limited,so how to use them efficiently is crucial to the future of private schools.Comprehensive budget management can increase the service efficiency of funds,make the rational allocation of education resources,improve the balance of payments.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop the level of budget management in private schools.After systematically sorting out and studying the related theories of overall budget management,this paper studies the existing problems and their causes of the application of comprehensive budget management in private universities in china,This paper analyzes the necessity of applying comprehensive budget management to private universities,and then takes Y school as an example to analyze the present situation and existing problems of comprehensive budget management in this university,It puts forward the basic idea and principle of budget management in private schools,and then systematically analyzes the construction of Y school comprehensive budget system,Separately from the system composition,organizational structure,budget preparation,budget implementation and regulation,budget evaluation and other aspects of inquiry,A comprehensive budget management system with strong operability was constructed,and finally,the guarantee measures for implementing the comprehensive budget management system of Y school were put forward,I hope this study can provide guidance and help for the current comprehensive budget work of private colleges and universities,and further promote the healthy development of private universities. |
