In recent years,in more and more conducive to the development of private education policy under constant power,private capital into the education industry unceasingly,makes the rapidly developed private education,private colleges in the double pressure of internal and external,to the survival and development,you must have enough money to escort,and run independently,self-financing,self-raised funds are unique characteristics of private colleges,through which a way of management to improve the efficiency of the use of resources,how to guarantee key projects have enough capital to security problem is run by the local colleges and universities have to face.Based on private colleges funding is limited,to ensure that major projects have the funds guarantee,ahead of budget is key to the implementation of evaluation is not only,the performance evaluation should also is very important part of budget management,performance appraisal,can be found in the process of management problems,then them-and reasons,optimization measures in order to suit the remedy to the case,and then improve the budget management level.The current situation is that many colleges and universities in the implementation of performance evaluation there are many problems to be solved,some colleges and universities did not start the budget management performance evaluation work,some colleges and universities set up the evaluation system is useless.In this context,this paper mainly takes J private higher vocational colleges as the research object for research and analysis.Based on the current situation of J private colleges,this paper focuses on analyzing the deficiencies and causes of its current budget management performance evaluation system,and then further optimizes the evaluation system.With the help of theme-related theories,the research mainly adopts literature research method,case analysis method,questionnaire survey method,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process and extension evaluation method.These methods are used to analyze and optimize the current situation of the performance evaluation system of comprehensive budget management in J private university.The first is to carry on the in-depth study to the relevant theory to summarize the experience that can be used for reference.Secondly,the current budget management situation of J private higher vocational college is analyzed to understand its problems in budget management.Again,see the essence through the problem,dig out the root cause of the problem.Finally,the optimization design of the overall budget management performance evaluation of J College was carried out.This article is mainly to the private colleges performance evaluation system of comprehensive budget management optimization theory of research contents,J non-governmental higher vocational colleges,for example,from a macro level now most of the private higher vocational colleges are analyzed in the comprehensive budget management work of combining myself work in J optimization design was carried out on the actual situation of non-governmental university,It is hoped that the problems existing in the performance evaluation of budget management of J private colleges can be solved.If the optimization design scheme is feasible,it can also provide some reference for other private colleges in the later stage,and at the same time,it can also increase the theoretical cases of the optimization research on the performance evaluation system of comprehensive budget management of private vocational colleges.
