The quality of education in rural primary schools is related to the level of education of rural elementary school students,the construction of rural basic education,the balanced development of basic education,and the realization of rural revitalization strategies."Strengthening education must strengthen teachers first".To promote the development of rural primary education,attention must be paid to build a high-quality teacher team.Rural primary school young teachers constitute a young group of rural primary school teachers and they are the backbone of the development of rural primary education.Their professional competence plays a key role in the smooth development of rural primary education and teaching and the improvement of rural basic education.Therefore,paying attention to the professional competence of young teachers in rural primary schools,studying the status quo of the professional competence of young teachers in rural primary schools,and seeking to improve their professional capabilities has become the top priority in building a high-quality rural primary school teacher team.By consulting the reference books related to the professional ability of young teachers,the theoretical basis of the professional competence of young teachers in rural primary schools,the characteristics of different stages,the principles of professional competence improvement,and the value of improvement are analyzed.Combined with the specific requirements for teachers in the professional competence section of the Primary Teacher Professional Standards,the dimensions of the teacher's professional competence are clarified.Based on these dimensions and the actual situation of young teachers in rural primary schools,a questionnaire is surveyed.Judging from the survey results,it is found that due to the inadequate implementation of relevant national policies,the significant difference in the recognition of young teachers by the public,the practical constraints of rural primary schools,and the insufficient internal driving force for young teachers' development,rural young teachers Professional abilities are uneven and the overall level is low.In each ability dimension,there is still a low level of instructional design,poor integration with reality,low level of organization and implementation,insufficient interest in students and psychology,single incentive andevaluation methods,lack of accumulation of evaluation knowledge,and colleagues,Problems such as poor communication between parents,insufficient communication and cooperation,weak awareness of reflection and planning,and insufficient educational and scientific research capabilities.On the basis of clarifying the problems and reasons of the professional competence of young teachers in rural primary schools,this thesis adopts related theories,taking the influencing factors outside and inside rural elementary schools as the starting point,and taking the young teachers themselves into consideration.Then it puts forward an out-of-school system to optimize the professional competence of young teachers in rural primary schools and an school one to improve the professional competence of young teachers in rural primary schools,and the strategies to improve the inherent motivation of young teachers in rural primary schools,with a view to provide some reference and guidance for young teachers in rural primary schools.
