Labor is the source of all good lives and the fundamental force for promoting social development and human progress.Therefore,to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,it is fundamentally dependent on labor.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China 's socialist development has entered a new era.“Today,we are closer,more confident and capable of achieving the goal of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation than any other period in history.” And labor is what we achieve.The means by which this ambitious goal must be taken.With the advent of the new era,the party and the state have put forward new and higher requirements for college students.College students in the new era should be newcomers of the era of moral,intellectual,physical,and aesthetic development.Because college students in the new era are the main force to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,they will be the mainstay of promoting socialist development in the future.However,in the new era,college students are mainly in the post-90 s and post-00 s groups under the social background of economic globalization,value diversification,and education democratization.They have distorted labor values,weak labor awareness,and labor spirit.Problems such as lack of labor and cool emotions.In order to improve the labor
