| In recent years,with the rise of big data technology and artificial intelligence technology,AI + education has become a focus of common concern in academia and industry.As an educational product that can provide personalized learning content based on learner characteristics,the intelligent learning system is considered to be an important way to achieve intelligent education.One of the core problems that needs to be solved is how to scientifically carry out the learning state of the learners Qualitative and quantitative evaluation.Based on the theory of control science,this paper constructs a mathematical model of the learning process by considering the learning process as a dynamic system with input and output variables.The model takes the learning motivation of the learner as the system input and the learner's acquired knowledge and ability as the output.It includes three components: knowledge space model,ability space model and process dynamics model.The knowledge space model mainly describes structured and quantitative description of the subject knowledge objects in the learning process from two aspects of the hierarchical structure and the amount of knowledge.The competence space model is a two-layer structured model that includes the upper discipline competence layer and the lower thinking ability layer.It is used to describe the ability output part in the learning process.The process dynamics model regards the learning process as the process by which the learner's learning motivation overcomes the learner's own inertia,self-forgetting factor,and the damping of the knowledge object to do work,and describes the learner's knowledge and ability acquisition through differential equations Dynamic Process.At the same time,based on the above model,this paper designs and develops an intelligent learning system that can assist classroom teaching.From the perspective of both teachers and students,it not only completes the visualization of the knowledgemap,but also systematically describes the related structure of professional knowledge.Implement learners' online learning and testing,collection of learning data,teacher management and other functions.Finally,learner learning data was obtained through teaching practice research,and parameters of the learning process model,such as the amount of knowledge,forgetting factor,learning inertia and damping of the knowledge point,were identified.The proposed knowledge space model and process dynamics model were initially verified.The results show that the model can To achieve a modeled and parametric description of the student's learning process. |
