Information technology has had the revolutionary impact on the development of education,and e-learning has become a new way of learning.Moreover,the application of big data technologies provides new opportunities for the improvement of e-learning quality.The e-learning efforts of students can not be guaranteed,due to the openness of network learning environment,the lack of face-to-face communication and monitoring between teachers and students,and the weak ability of students 'self-control of e-learning.At the same time the assessment form of the traditional learning can not be properly applied to the e-learning,the network learning environment requires the introduction of new evaluation methods.The purpose of the process assessment of e-learning is make a scientific and reasonable assessment to the learning process and learning effect of the students,and improve the students' learning quality effectively.However,the current process assessment based on network learning has not been able to effectively focus on the process of students,there are the single evaluation methods,and the less evaluation content,and the simple feedback mechanism and so on.This paper will study the criterion system of the process assessment and evaluation model of e-learning,which mainly includes three parts.Firstly,on the basis of the current domestic and foreign research status of network learning process assessment,a more comprehensive evaluation indicators system of network learning process assessment is established.based on the evaluation content of network learning process assessment and the type of network learning behavior,and the analyzing of the evaluation indicators of e-learning.Then combined with the evaluation process and methods of network learning process assessment,determine the weights of the evaluation indicators and the design of the evaluation criteria and the calculation of comprehensive evaluation results,so as to build the evaluation model of network learning process assessment.Secondly,based on the evaluation system and the model of the e-learning process assessment,the design of the process assessment modules is carried out in the network learning platform,in order to evaluate the effect of students' knowledge learning and the situation of resource utilization,and the ability of the communication and cooperation between teachers and students,and the attitude to the network learning.Finally,analyzing the students 'learning behavior data through the data analysis tools based on according to the evaluation system and model,in order to have some insights into the students' learning process,and verify the validity of the evaluation indicators system,and provide the help for the application of network learning evaluation platform.
