Haikou Middle School History Teacher Training Status Survey And Suggestions

Strengthening the training of history teachers and improving the professional quality of history teachers is an important part of improving the national level of history education.Haikou no.1 middle school,as a provincial key high school,plays an important role in cultivating excellent students for Hainan province.Since its establishment,Haikou no.1 middle school has always attached great importance to the construction of teachers,and regularly organized training activities for history teachers to improve the professional knowledge and competence of the history teachers in our school.In view of this,this paper studies the current situation and problems of history teacher training in Haikou no.1 middle school and puts forward corresponding Suggestions,in order to provide some references for the history teacher training in Hainan province.The first part is the introduction,which points out the origin of the problem and classifies the relevant literature of "history teacher training".The second part is a summary of the basic situation of history teacher training in Haikou no.1 middle school.The value of history teacher training is discussed from three aspects: the national educational policy,the reform of middle school history curriculum standards,and the improvement of middle school history teachers' personal professional knowledge and literacy ability.The main methods,contents and results of the training.The third part is the history teacher training of Haikou no.1 middle school.In the form of questionnaire survey and interview to find out the current history teacher training problems.The fourth part puts forward some Suggestions on the training of history teachers in Hainan middle schools.This paper focuses on the construction of the history teacher training evaluation system,the psychology and existing problems of the history teachers in the training center,the strengthening of the training of the professional ability and professional quality of the history teachers in the middle school,and the construction of the development of the history teachers in the middle school in Hainan province.
