In recent years, the state and the government of sichuan province developed in high school history teacher training related legal and policy documents, high school history teacher training on how to do it for policy lead, trying to ascend in the form of teacher training middle school history teachers’ professional ability and business level, further promote the further development of a new round of curriculum reform in our country, and to promote the development of primary and secondary school education in our country to lay a more solid foundation.In this paper, based on the sichuan normal university to undertake "sichuan provincial teaching teacher training person"(junior middle school and high school history)project, and on the basis of predecessors’ research results, to explore how to cultivate high school history teacher.The first chapter, introduction part, introduced the selected topic reason and the significance, the condition of teacher education and teacher training at home and abroad, define the relevant concepts of involving high school history teacher training, the paper briefly describes the research methods and innovation and deficiency.The second chapter, the paper introduces the state and the government of sichuan province of middle school history teacher training related documents, and to the middle school history teaching, the essay discusses the selection criteria of masters.The third chapter, from the high school history teacher training "training goal orientation", "training course design", "training method innovation" three aspects discusses the implementation of the middle school history teacher training.The fourth chapter, using his four evaluation model, learn from response assessment, evaluation, behavior evaluation and achievement evaluation four aspects to participate in the training teachers of middle school history teacher evaluation.The fifth chapter, based on the research of the high school history teacher training, it is concluded that high school history teacher culture enlightenment.
