| According to the Resource Conservation Theory(COR),individuals who have been under environmental stress for a long time will produce negative results,and psychological capital as a valuable personal resource can alleviate the impact of stress.In the study of the student population,it was found that psychological capital has an indirect effect on the outcome variable,which can serve as a bridge between the variables as an intermediary variable.According to frustration attack theory,frustration always leads to some form of attack behavior.With the rapid changes in the living environment,junior high school students in the "storm" period also face many setbacks in their lives.But in fact,when faced with the same setbacks,not all of them are offensive.Some students have increased their determination to overcome difficulties;some students become nervous,backward,indifferent,etc.,and their performance varies greatly.Therefore,does psychological capital play an intermediary role between the negative events and aggressiveness that junior high school students face,and indirectly affects aggressiveness? In previous studies,the role of junior high school students' psychological capital in the relationship between negative life events and aggressive relationships was not clear.If psychological capital plays a role in the above two,it can provide new ideas and theoretical basis for reducing the aggressiveness of junior high school students from the perspective of psychological capital,and as a positive mental energy,psychological capital can promote the formation of psychological quality and thus enhance students.The level of mental health promotes the development of its mental health.Therefore,raising the level of psychological capital has a positive effect on the psychological development andgrowth of students.However,in previous studies,there are few empirical studies on improving psychological capital through non-group psychological counseling through normal teaching courses.Therefore,this study aims at the junior high school students to explore whether psychological capital has an intermediary effect in negative life events and aggressiveness and how to increase the level of psychological capital.There are 2 sub-studies in this study.Study 1 takes Beijing junior high school students as the research object,and discusses the junior high school students' negative life events,psychological capital,aggressive status and the intermediary effect of psychological capital.Study 2 takes junior high school students as the research object.Set up a psychological capital intervention course,and evaluate the effects of intervention through pre-and post-test experimental design.The research results show that:(1)Negative life events and self-confidence(r=-0.23),optimism(r=-0.30),self-control(r=-0.27),interpersonal communication(r=-0.25),resilience(r=-0.25)and Psychological capital(r=-0.29)is significantly negatively correlated;negative life events have significant negative predictions on psychological capital's self-confidence,optimism,self-control,interpersonal communication,resilience,and hope.(2)Negative life events are significantly positively correlated with aggressive behaviors(r=0.40),offensive cognition(r=0.47),offensive emotions(r=0.31),and aggressiveness of adolescents(r=0.44),and Negative life events can significantly positively predict adolescent aggressiveness.(3)All dimensions of psychological capital are significantly negatively correlated with adolescents' aggressiveness,offensive cognition,offensive emotions,and offensive behavior;self-control of psychological capital has a significant negative prediction of adolescent's aggressiveness;self-control of psychological capital 3.Toughness has a significant negative prediction for aggressive emotions;selfcontrol of psychological capital has a significant negative prediction for aggressive behaviors.(4)Psychological capital plays an intermediary role between negative life events and aggressiveness(5)Compared with the control group,the psychological capital level of the experimental group has been significantly improved after the psychological capital intervention course was implemented.This research provides a theoretical basis for the related research and promotion methods of psychological capital,and provides new ideas for reducing the aggressiveness of junior high school students and improving the level of psychological capital.This research provides a theoretical basis for the related research and promotion methods of psychological capital,provides new methods from the perspective of psychological capital for reducing the aggressiveness of junior high school students,and provides new ideas for improving the level of psychological capital. |
