In recent years,campus bullying incidents occur frequently and have a bad impact,which has aroused great concern of the state and society.With the advent of the Internet age,campus network bullying has become a new threat to campus security.Bullying on campus network often embeds and occurs together with bullying in reality,which is more harmful.Therefore,it is urgent to study the prevention and control of campus network bullying.Taking the Anti-cyberbullying of Teenagers(ACT)Project as an example,this paper studies the intervention of social work on campus cyberbullying of junior high school students by using the method of action research,in order to explore the "ACT" mode of campus cyberbullying prevention and provide reference for other domestic schools to carry out problem intervention.Under the guidance of general system theory,the "ACT" project,by combing the existing research on online bullying,combined with the research results and practical experience of the author,comprehensively uses the methods of macro social work and micro social work intervention to carry out intervention work for general students,potential high-risk students,problem students and high-risk students respectively.Finally,the cognitive ability of service objects has been significantly improved,the social support network structure has become reasonable and the function has been partially improved,known bullying events have been effectively controlled,the incidence of campus bullying events has gradually decreased,and the safe campus environment of Xin Guang middle school has been basically completed.Through the research of the project,this paper attempts to put forward the "ACT" model of campus network bullying prevention and control,which mainly includes: first,building a multi-agent campus security prevention and control platform;second,innovating the problem discovery mechanism of youth campus network bullying;third,exploring and using the "Act Interactive Evaluation Framework" to classify the students;fourth,based on the campus service,taking campus activities serve as a bridge to actively respond to the needs of students and establish a "social workers-youth" relationship;fifth,in the implementation of the project,macro social work and micro social work intervention methods are used to intervene the client system,target system and action system of the case.
