Research On Lifelong Vocational Train In System Construction Of "Internet Plus Gig Economy"

"Internet plus" breeds a new way and creates a new era of employment.In the new normal of economy and the new situation of employment,the training system of "internet plus gig economy plus lifelong education” take advantage of the internet platform to reduce labor cost and improve its value to achieve a win-win situation;and it's an innovative ideas to improve the quality of personnel training;and it'll promote the building of lifelong vocational skills training system and realize the positive exploration of "supply side" reform of human resources;and it provides development clues for the Liwan district of Guangzhou city.Vocational skills training is a key measure to maintain stable employment and ease structural employment conflicts,and it's an important support for economic transformation and upgrading and high-quality development.It's also one of the important contents of "Ten practical matters concerning people's livelihood" in Liwan district over the years.However,in recent years,due to the change of vocational skills training policy in China,the mismatch between the supply and demand in the labor market,and the diversification of labors demands,Liwan is facing new challenges constantly in the existing vocational skills training system.During the policy transition period,how to adapt to the new situation and changes in new policies is an urgent problem for Liwan District's vocational skills training management department.In view of this,this article used the method of document research,comparative analysis question study and experiential summary to analyze,and trying to build in a skill training system on the basis of “internet plus gig-economy " and take “one wisdom platform,two education platforms,three kinds of training modes,four service functions,five types of participants,and six types of training objects"(referred to "123456" mode)as the core.So as to provide feasible suggestions to link up the lifelong vocational skills training system with gig-economy market,to connect vocational qualification system with vocational skill level identification policy,to propel human resources supply-side reform and ensure laborers full employment.
