The development of curriculum resources based on ethnic culture is an important way of inheriting ethnic culture,and also a more prominent strategic position for the country to "accelerate the development of national education.".The positive response to the requirement of "never let an ethnic minority or an area fall behind and promote the all-round development of ethnic education" is an important way to enrich curriculum resources in ethnic areas,and also a beneficial exploration of the localization and local development of preschool education.This study focuses on the integration of Tibetan culture into the curriculum of preschool education,mainly focusing on the following aspects:Why integrate? The essence of this practice is to develop curriculum resources according to local cultural characteristics.The development of ethnic culture curriculum resources not only develops and disseminates ethnic culture,but also enriches the teaching resources of professional curriculum learning and promotes the students' professional learning.The course of cultural integration is based on the professional course itself,does not violate the original course objectives,and even achieves some practical effects beyond the course expectations in the process of practice;the course structure has not changed.In short,the integration of ethnic culture into professional courses can not only spread and develop ethnic culture,but also help the development of professional course resources and students' professional learning.Into what? Ethnic culture is integrated into professional courses.From the aspect of content,as a kind of material curriculum resource,ethnic culture is rich in diet culture,sports activities,stories and legends,festival culture,art culture,science and technology,which can be integrated according to the requirements of curriculum learning.How to integrate? The way of integration is also the way of curriculum resource development.In this study,it is mainly carried out by changing the content of teaching materials to make it close to the knowledge level of students,mainly in the way of teachers' classroom teaching and students' autonomous learning.Specifically speaking,first,according to the main content of the course "kindergarten education activity design and guidance",the teacher selects the corresponding Tibetan cultural resources as the case of classroom teaching,arousing students' learning experience and interest,so as to carry out professional teaching.Second,according to the core content of the course,students can independently find the national cultural resources related to the subject content,learn and sort out the cultural resources in the process of collection,which lays the experience foundation for the later expertise.Who will blend in? That is to say,who is the main body of curriculum resource development.In this study,curriculum resource development is carried out jointly by professional teachers and students.In this process,teachers mainly play the role of organizer and guide,build the framework of curriculum resources development;students as the main body and teachers to complete the development of curriculum resources,and use curriculum resources.What is the result of integration? The development of curriculum resources has been basically completed.The curriculum structure of the activity design in five areas with Tibetan culture characteristics has been established,the database of Tibetan culture in activity design has been formed,and the evaluation criteria of activity design and organization have been generated.At the same time,the results of integrating Tibetan culture into professional courses are good from the aspects of students' performance improvement,good learning feedback and activity design homework progress.It is an important practical attempt to integrate ethnic culture into professional courses,which lays a foundation for the construction of professional school-based courses and the diversified inheritance of ethnic culture in the follow-up schools.
