Basic subject education is the foundation of a strong country.At present,China's high school education is facing a comprehensive reform.The college entrance examination is about to change the model for many years and adopts the compulsory + elective mode.Curriculum standards have also shifted from three-dimensional goals to core literacy,and the university's autonomous admissions examination has also become a "strong foundation plan." These changes are all aimed at better training of talents in basic disciplines.As one of the basic disciplines,physics undoubtedly plays an important role in the development of society and science and technology.Therefore,it is undoubtedly important for students to learn physics well.It is found in actual teaching that students will experience a period of stagnation in physics learning.Some students can pass this stage after self-regulation.However,most students have been standing still,even after losing confidence.Instead,there is a retrogression.This phenomenon of temporary stagnation in the formation of complex skills is called the "plateau phenomenon."
