Research On The Cultivation Of Civil Rights And Obligations Education Of Junior Middle School

Rights and obligations are a pair of core concepts in law.The law takes rights and obligations as the mechanism to adjust the relationship between people and the outside world.Therefore,the two are related to the survival of each person in the rule of law society should be the meaning.The moral and rule of law course in junior middle school is the core position to help middle school students cultivate correct consciousness of rights and duties,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the implementation of civil rights and obligations education in this course,and explores the countermeasures for strengthening the course of civil rights and obligations education in morality and rule of law in junior middle school.After analyzing the questionnaire survey,it is found that the current curriculum of "morality and rule of law" has some problems in the aspects of civil rights and obligations education,such as insufficient attention paid to them by schools,teachers and students,insufficient reserves of teachers' civil rights and obligations education knowledge,over-emphasis on knowledge goals in classroom teaching,insufficient use of resources in and out of class of civil rights and obligations education,lack of educational ideas,methods and teaching evaluation,etc.,that civil rights and obligations education have failed to achieve their goals.Analyze the reasons for this,they include: lack of awareness of civil rights and obligations education among schools,teachers and society;weak teachers to undertake civil rights and obligations education in secondary schools;influence of examination-oriented Education on educational philosophy;neglect of students' practical application of rights and duties;and single assessmentmethod in teaching.Analysis of existing problems and causes,the article puts forward that the following aspects should be improved and strengthened in the course of moral and rule of law in junior middle school: Strengthening the cognition of civil rights and obligations education in schools,teachers and society;Strengthening Professional Training and self-study;To enhance teachers' civil rights and obligations education literacy;to establish new educational concepts and improve civil rights and obligations education classrooms;to enrich teaching methods and enhance the timeliness of teaching;We should make full use of the resources of civil rights and obligations education in and out of class,improve the evaluation system of civil rights and obligations education,and combine the civil rights and obligations education with the help of various forces.
