Investigation And Research On Teaching Methods Of "Citizens’ Rights And Duties" Course In The Second Junior High School

Strengthening juvenile’s legal education and raising juvenile’s legal consciousness is the inevitable requirement of building a socialist country ruled by law.Rule of law education is also an important part of moral education in schools.The textbook "Morality and Rule of Law" is an important carrier of school rule of law education.The content of "Civil Rights and Duties" runs through the textbook "Morality and Rule of Law" in the second volume of the eighth grade.As junior high school students are in a high level of self-awareness development stage,but also a preliminary stage of the formation of outlook on life,values,world outlook,we should pay more attention to the cultivation of junior high school students’ constitutional awareness in advance,laying a solid foundation for further learning.Junior high school students are in an important stage of physical and psychological development,and their plasticity is very strong.To educate them in common sense of law is not only conducive to the healthy growth of young people,but also conducive to the cultivation of qualified socialist citizens.And "Civil Rights and Duties" is the most important content of the Constitution,so it is of great significance to further improve the teaching method of "Civil Rights and Duties".Based on the problems existing in the teaching method of Civil Rights and Duties,this paper first introduces the current situation of Civil Rights and Duties,secondly introduces and analyses the problems existing in the teaching method of Civil Rights and Duties,and finally discusses the concrete methods to effectively improve the teaching method of Civil Rights and Duties,which not only respects the traditional teaching method,but also uses multimedia teaching effectively.Example teaching,discussion teaching,activity teaching.
