| The head teacher of primary and secondary schools undertakes multiple tasks,such as class management,education and teaching,home school communication,etc.He is the main person in charge of moral education in primary and secondary schools,and plays an irreplaceable role in the cultivation of students' morality and the formation of world outlook,outlook on life and values.While ensuring the enthusiasm of the head teacher is an important condition for the work of the head teacher.At present,most of the academic circles and governments at all levels advocate to increase the work enthusiasm of the head teacher by increasing the allowance and salary of the head teacher,but ignore the role of honor incentive in improving the work enthusiasm of the head teacher.In recent years,with the continuous attention of the state and academia to the teacher honor system,the establishment and improvement of the headteacher honor system has also begun to receive initial attention.This paper uses literature research,questionnaire and interview to study this problem,aiming to understand the current situation and problems of the headteacher honor system in primary and secondary schools,analyze the causes of the problems,and put forward the corresponding construction strategies,in order to further improve and develop the headteacher honor system.This paper mainly includes seven parts: the first part is the introduction,which mainly involves the raising of problems,the purpose and significance of the research,the definition of core concepts,research methods,research ideas and framework,and research innovation and shortcomings;the second part combs the literature related to the headteacher honor system from two aspects at home and abroad;the third part discusses the human nature hypothesis theory and incentive theory related to this paper;the fourth part combs the policies related to the honor of the headteacher in primary and secondary schools,and based on the investigation and interview with head teachers,understands and analyzes the status of the honor system of the headteacher in primary and secondary schools;the fifth part analyzes the problems of the honor system of the headteacher in primary and secondary schools from the honor title,the honor selection,the honorreward,the management after the honor and the effect of the honor implementation;the sixth part analyzes the problems of the honor system of the headteacher in primary and secondary schools according to the human nature hypothesis theory and incentive theory;the seventh part puts forward the construction strategies of the honor system of the headteacher in primary and secondary schools from the aspects of system formulation,system implementation and head teachers. |
