Research On The Concept Of Sports Honor And Its Realization Mechanism

Since the founding of new China,sports commendation has a solid historical foundation and strong social influence,reflects the Chinese style and national feelings of sports under the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,and highlights the lofty and distinctive characteristics of the times of sports honor.The promulgation of the law of the people’s Republic of China on national medals and national honorary titles provides a basic legal text for the improvement of the sports honor system.The notice of the general office of the State Council on printing and distributing the outline for the construction of a sports power clearly puts forward the strategic goal of"improving China’s sports honor system".In this context,in order to further enhance the individual’s sense of national honor and guide and encourage individual development more effectively,this paper mainly uses the methods of literature research,historical analysis,comparative research,interview and case analysis to focus on the analysis framework of the concept of sports honor and its realization mechanism,the historical evolution of the concept of sports honor and its realization mechanism since the founding of new China The formation logic and realization mode of foreign mainstream sports honor concept,the comparison and mirror of different forms of sports honor concept,and the cultivation and Realization Mechanism of Chinese sports honor concept in the new era.It is found that:(1)in terms of the internal character of sports honor,the cultivation of sports honor concept is the basic core of the construction of sports honor system.It plays a decisive and guiding role in solving the practical problems in sports honor recognition,and needs to be realized through sports honor governance and sports honor system norms.(2)Since the founding of new China,the building direction of the concept of sports honor has been distinct and has played a significant role.However,under the background of sports professionalization,marketization,socialization and value diversification,it is necessary to cultivate a new concept of honor to respond to the weak sense of national honor of some professional athletes,the value recognition led by material rewards,the social recognition and consumption of national honor Diversified individual honor needs can not be met and other practical problems.(3)From the perspective of overseas mainstream sports honor concept and its realization mechanism,the construction logic of "honor liberalization","honor democratization" and "honor nationalization" sports rationalism,and focus more on the practice of sports honor governance.Based on the experience and loss of the overseas mainstream sports honor concept and its implementation mechanism,combined with the results of multi case analysis and the suggestions of respondents.The study holds that in the new historical period,we should build a coexistence pattern of multiple sports honor concepts with national honor as the noumenon,build a sports honor system open to the whole society,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of news media,social organizations,local governments,enterprises and individuals to participate in sports honor recognition,and adhere to the basic principle of continuing to win glory for the country and putting national honor first,Create multiple paths to the realization of individual honor rights.One side,In the cultivation of honor concept:we should cultivate and practice the sports honor concept of "honor integration and diversity" which takes the national honor as the ontology and the coexistence pattern of multiple honor concepts.On the othe hand,On the realization mechanism of sports honor concept:(1)adhere to the legal concept of "promoting the legislative construction of sports honor system",the concept of balanced honor rights of "coordinating the relationship between national honor power and individual honor rights",the concept of government limited power of"emphasizing the standardization of administrative sports honor recognition",and"improving the participation of social sports honor recognition" The concept of national limited governance and the subject coordination concept of "giving full play to the respective advantages of sports honor awarding subjects".(2)Follow the value logic of "reshaping the national concept of honor and
