Honor is regarded as a key issue in the field of moral philosophy,which has been concerned by many philosophers.Because honor,like social identity,can connect different people's lives and pay attention to honor,just like social identity,can help people learn to treat others appropriately,and help people create their own happy life.In school education,moral education as an indispensable component,its composition and influencing factors are widely concerned by educators,but as one of the important influencing factors,honor is seldom paid attention to.However,numerous and complex honors have already filled our school life and school education,and become an existence that can not be ignored in education.In school education,with the development of educational theory and the transformation of educational practice,the use and distribution of honor have also changed,and the phenomenon of overflowing and unfair honor has appeared.Under such honor system,it is also worth considering whether students will have a sense of honor.Based on the above reasons,the author chooses the class honor system and students' sense of honor as the research theme.The main contents of this study are divided into three parts.Firstly,the article analyses and examines the honor system,distributiorn status and problems existing in the current school classes.The existing student honor system has the problems of overflowing honor,unfairness and becoming a means of discipline,which leads to the loss of students'sense of honor,and then the subjectivity,transcendence and infinity of students are affected.Secondly,starting from the essence of students' existence,this paper explores the mechanism of students' sense of honor.As an individual,students are first a kind of existence of life,and secondly a kind of existence with dignity.Therefore,only when students are in a free and fraternal class environment,or under the students'honor system,can they have the sense of honor,which leads to the value basis of the students' honor system.Finally,aiming at the present situation of honor distribution and its consequences,this paper puts forward a principle of improving the student honor system,that is,the student honor system based on justice.The system of student honor based on justice should first remove the factors that may cause domination and oppression to students.At the same time,it should always adhere to the principle of rationality for the purpose of human beings,and use the dialogue mode of democratic consultation in the process,so as to give students equal rights and harmonious and good communication environment.Honor distribution system based on justice is a system that enables students to form perfect personality,cultivate sense of honor and realize self-development.
