With the development of higher education,China's private higher education has entered a period of vigorous development.The quality of learning of students in private colleges and universities determines their learning gains in private colleges and universities,which directly affects their employment after graduation,and has a great impact on their lives after they enter societyBased on the theory of non-guidance teaching and total quality management,this study takes students from four private colleges and universities in H city as the research object,and takes the level of academic completion,active cooperative learning level,frequent interaction between teachers and students,The five dimensions of educational experience richness and campus environment support carry out investigation and analysis on the current situation of the learning quality of students in private colleges and universities,and summarize the problems that are common in the quality of study among students in private colleges and universities.After the field research of four private colleges and universities in H city,it is found that there are many problems in the quality of study of students in private colleges and universities.The low self-learning ability of students in private colleges and universities,the lack of solid grasp of professional basic knowledge,the poor ability of practice and use have become a phenomenon that can not be ignored.In view of the above problems,this study uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview,objectively summarizes and analyzes the current situation of the students' learning quality in private colleges and universities On the basis of the questionnaire survey,this paper combines the research results of the past study of college students at home and abroad and the in-depth interview smiles of teachers and students in private colleges and universities,and analyzes the causes from the government level,the private university level,the teacher level and the student levelBased on the theory of non-guidance teaching and total quality management,this study takes students from four private colleges and universities in H city as the research object,and takes the level of academic completion,active cooperative learning level,frequent interaction between teachers and students,The five dimensions of educational experience richness and campus environment support carry out investigation and analysis on the current situation of the learning quality of students in private colleges and universities,and summarize the problems that are common in the quality of study among students in private colleges and universitiesThrough the analysis,we know the factors and external factors that affect the quality of students'study in private colleges and universities.Self-factors include learning interests,motivation,and learning methods.External factors include:private colleges and universities,teachers and government-level factors.Based on the analysis of the causes of the problems existing in the learning quality of students in private colleges and universities,this study puts forward the relative suggestions from the four aspects of the government,private colleges and universities,teachers and students themselves:setting up special funds for private teachers and improving the treatment of teachers.Enterprises are encouraged to target students in private colleges and universities,reform the student management system,and cultivate students' ability to learn independently.We will build a practical training base,deepen the cooperation between private colleges and universities and enterprises,adopt a non-guidance teaching model,and guide students to participate in classroom interaction.The implementation of class layered management,enrich the teaching form,establish private college students need to lower the sense of quality,practice high-quality learning behavior,develop good learning habits.
