In order to realize the modernization of education in our country,we should speed up the process of marching into the ranks of the powerful countries in education and learning.College teachers shoulder the responsibility of cultivating talents for the prosperous,strong,democratic,civilized,harmonious and beautiful modern socialist country and teaching.Teachers' ethics,teaching ability and scientific research are also becoming the focus of social media.In the background of the big data era,the professional pressure of college teachers is increasing day by day,and it is more and more important to pay attention to it.In this paper,the Physical Education Teachers in colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province are taken as the research object,"Xi'an Jiaotong University,Northwestern Polytechnical University,Shaanxi Normal University,Chang'an University,Xi'an University of Posts and Telecommunications,Xi'an College of Arts and Sciences,Xi' an Physical Education University,Yan 'an university,Yulin College,Ankang College," etc..A total of 593 questionnaires were distributed on-line and off-line,and 588 valid questionnaires were recovered,with an effective rate of 99.1%.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics,this paper analyzes and integrates the personal situation,the sources of professional pressure and the influencing factors of physical education teachers in colleges and universities in this area,according to the present investigation,the working pressure of College Physical Education Teachers is universal,and the pressure level is not low.There are three kinds of pressure: heavy pressure,moderate pressure and light pressure.The professional pressure of Physical Education Teachers in colleges and universities in Shaanxi province mainly comes from subjective and objective aspects,which includes 7 dimensions.And the pressure degree of college pe teachers in different levels and dimensions is also different,the high pressure of each dimension is different.The pressure of personal development of male Physical Education Teachers is higher than that of female,and the pressure of female is higher than that of male in interpersonal relationship.Physical Education Teachers in the age of 31-50 had higher stress than those in other age groups.The highest stress index was the PE teachers who had been teaching for 5 years.Experienced "old teachers" are better than novice teachers in transforming and reducing negative pressure,and novice teachers are better than veteran teachers in transforming ability when facing some positive pressure.The pressure index of teaching and Research Dimension of high-educated pe teachers is higher than that of other low-educated pe teachers.Teaching assistants ranked highest on the High Stress Index,followed by lecturers.Married Physical Education Teachers had the highest proportion of moderate stress.There are more men than women in the teachers who are not satisfied with their jobs at present,and the satisfaction degree of the lower professional title is lower than that of the higher professional title."Too many non-teaching activities","the lack of teaching or scientific research equipment","the poor quality of colleagues","academic atmosphere" and other issues have a certain impact on the teaching atmosphere of Physical Education Teachers."The appraisal of professional titles is difficult","the light teaching pays attention to the scientific research","the appraisal process black curtain" and so on the question still exists."Work is not recognized","overtime uncertain","old-age problems","less time with family","teaching subjects and their own professional" is one of the reasons why universities can not retain high-level talents."The organization structure is unreasonable,the work efficiency is low","the work procedure is tedious and formal","the teacher-student ratio,the teaching workload is big","the unreasonable work arrangement,repeatedly the useless work easy to cause the physical education teacher to have the bad mood.In view of the influence factor proposed as follows: 1.Self-regulation 2.Establish a good teaching and research environment.3.Effective separation of administrative and teaching affairs.4.Diversified professional title appraisal system 5.Establish a reward and punishment system to avoid brain drain.Building up reasonable social expectations.
