Care is the instinctive tendency of human,and it is also the proper state between people.Therefore,as a moral quality that promotes the improvement of individual personality and a social quality that encourages the socialization of individuals,it is particularly important in modern society that emphasizes the all-round development of human beings.Good quality needs to be cultivated from early childhood.The cultivation of children's caring quality is not only an inevitable requirement for promoting their physical and mental development,but also one of the important issues facing preschool education.Peers are the "significant others" in the early life of kids,peer interaction has always played an important role in the interpersonal relationship of children.Therefore,caring about the performance of peers can be said to be the most representative aspect of children's caring quality.This research is aimed at children in top classes.Taking caring quality about peers of them as the starting point,by focusing on children's related words and deeds in their daily learning and life,they explore the development status and existing problems of their caring quality,discuss the possible reasons behind the problem,and try to put forward feasible strategies to promote children's caring quality development.The research first combines the relevant theories to define the internal structure and specific connotation of the caring quality,thereby determining the four dimensions of it: caring behavior,caring awareness,caring emotion,and caring strategy.Secondly,the observation and case analysis methods are used to collect and sort out and analyze cases of caring behaviors shown by peers in peer interactions,and to construct the analysis framework of this research by combining the dimensions of caring quality.At the same time,this analysis framework is used to encode and analyze all cases to show the development status of the caring quality of the children in the class on four dimensions.Third,according to the results of the current situation survey,it is concluded that there are the following problems in the development of top class children's caring quality about peers: lack of initiative in caring behavior;mechanical and one-sidedness in caring awareness;caring for emotional insufficiency and limited empathic emotional development;improper use of care strategies,the phenomenon of over-caring is very prominent.Combined with the interview method,the causes of the problem are explored from four aspects: children's own factor,family factor,kindergarten education factor,and social factor.Finally,based on the survey results and interview information,we put forward targeted suggestions to promote the caring quality about peers in top classes,mainly including: aiming at the whole-person development of children,comprehensively establishing a sense of care education;building a caring relationship among people,and creating harmonious care education atmosphere;highlighting care education themes and improving the construction of related courses and activities;improving educational skills and exploring more effective methods;strengthening family education guidance and enhancing the continuity of home cooperation.It is hoped that educators can provide appropriate strategies for the purpose of educating children to learn how to care,and to root care in children's hearts. |
