This study explores the relationship between physical fitness and specific performance of 100-meter young male athletes,establishes a regression curve,through correlation analysis and regression analysis,and determines the regression equation to understand which physical fitness has a greater impact on the special performance of 100-meter young male athletes.Significantly,which physical qualities have little effect on the special performance of 100-meter young male athletes.At the same time,a model for predicting the physical fitness and special performance of 100-meter young male athletes is established.The model accurately predicts the special performance of 100-meter young male athletes,and provides a reference for the selection and training of 100-meter male runners.The following results were obtained through research:(1)The level of special performance varies greatly among different athletes.Strength,speed,and sensitivity are the main qualities that affect the level of athletes special performances.The three test results of standing long jump,squat,and jerk in strength quality and athletes' special performances are significant.Relevant;the squat 30m,standing 60m,and 30m running distances in the speed quality are significantly related to the athletes 'specific performances;the 110m,120m,and 150m runs in the endurance quality are related to the athletes' specific results Significant correlation;Flexibility was not related to the athlete's specific performance;20-meter backward run and 30-second quadrant jump indicators in the sensitivity were significantly correlated with athlete's specific performance.(2)Through regression analysis and prediction model establishment,the regression equation is finally determined as:Y=-0.001X1+0.003X2+0.414X3+0.187X4-0.257X5+0.416X6+0.647X7+0.019X8+0.224X9-0.187X10-0.005X11-1.397Among them,Y represents the special performance(s),X1 represents the squat performance(kg),X2 represents the jerk performance(kg),X3 represents the standing long jump performance(kg),X4 represents the squatting 30-meter running performance(s),X5 represents Standing 60-meter running performance(s),X6 means 30-meter running performance(s)during travel,X7 means 110-meter running performance(s),X8 means 120-meter running performance(s),X9 means For the 150-meter running result(s),X10 means the back-running result(s)after 20 meters,and X11 means the 30-second quadrant jumping result(one).Among them,the 110-meter run,standing long jump,and the 30-meter run during travel have the greatest impact,and the other indexes have less impact(3)through the regression test of the results of ten young men's 100m athletes,the test results are basically consistent with the prediction model,proving that the regression equation established in this study is of high effectiveness and practicability.
