This study aims to compare the effects of two weight loss methods for male boxers: slow weight loss and fast weight loss.Using literature method,experimental method,and mathematical statistics,16 male boxers from the Competitive Sports School affiliated to Shanghai Sport University were used as the research objects.The 16 boxers were randomly divided into two groups,A and B,with 8 people in each group.Group A is a slow-down body reorganization,with 8weeks of slow-down weight reduction before the game.Group B is a rapid reorganization of body weight reduction,and a rapid weight loss was performed one week before the game.By comparing,analyzing and researching the effects of slow weight loss and fast weight loss methods on the body composition,physical fitness and special abilities of the two groups of athletes.Research result:1.By comparing the effects of different weight loss methods on the body composition of male boxers,group A(slow weight reduction)boxers have reduced their body composition indicators after 8 weeks of slow weight loss.There are highly significant differences in body weight,body fat mass and body fat percentage(p<0.01),and significant differences in lean body weight(p<0.05);the changes in group B(rapid reduction and reconstitution)are the same as those in group A,among which weight,The reduction in body fat mass,lean body mass and body fat percentage all showed highly significant differences in statistics(p<0.01).Compared with the rapid weight loss group B,the slow weight loss group A retains more lean body mass and lower fat percentage.2.By comparing the effects of different weight loss methods on the general physical fitness of male boxers,group A(slow weight reduction boxers after 8weeks of slow weight loss,the 3000 m index has improved,and statistically There is a highly significant difference(p<0.01).Although the changes in standing long jump and 30 m index are not statistically significant,the index is also improved,indicating that slow weight loss will not only affect athletes’ standing long jump and30 m performance,It also has a positive promoting effect.The bench press index of group A decreased slightly,but it was not statistically significant.The physical fitness index of group B(rapid weight loss)after a week of rapid weight loss was compared with that before the experiment,of which 3000 m There is a highly significant difference with the 30 m index(p<0.01),and the standing long jump and bench press indexes have a significant difference(p<0.05).Comparing between the groups,all indexes of group B(rapid reduction and recombination)have all the declines Larger than group A(slow reduction and reorganization).3.By comparing the effects of different weight loss methods on the special abilities of male boxers,group A(slow weight reduction)boxers after 8 weeks of slow weight loss,the indicators of the 30 s hand target test have changed.It is not statistically significant,but the indicators are improved.The index of average punch speed and total punch strength of group B decreased significantly,and there was a statistically significant difference(p<0.01),and the total number of punches also decreased,with a significant difference(p<0.05).There was little change in the one-minute intensity sandbag test index of group A,which was not statistically significant.The total number of punches,average punch speed and total punch strength of group B decreased significantly,and there was a statistically significant difference(p<0.01).The indicators of the actual combat in Group A have a small decrease,which is not statistically significant.All indicators of actual combat in Group B have decreased to varying degrees.The total punch strength is statistically highly significant(p<0.01),and the total number of punches and the average punch speed are also significant.Difference(p<0.05).The three-minute single shake count index of group A increased after the experiment,and the index of group B decreased and showed a significant difference(p<0.05).conclusions:1.Both pre-match weight loss methods can enable male boxers to reach the target weight before the competition,and the slow weight loss method can effectively achieve the greatest possible lean weight retention while reducing fat as much as possible.2.For boxers who need to lose 6%-8% of the total weight before the competition,the slow weight loss method has a positive effect on the general physical fitness of the athletes,and the rapid weight loss Athletes ’ general physical fitness has a negative impact.3.For boxers who need to lose 6%-8% of the total weight before the competition,the athletes who use the slow weight loss method will have less impact on their special ability,while the athletes who use the fast weight loss method will be less affected.The punching strength,punching speed,and punching strength in each event are all negatively affected to varying degrees.4.The slow weight loss method is more suitable than the fast weight loss method to be used by boxers who need to lose 6%-8% of the total weight before the match.
