HAL Method is Sun Longyu teacher from Japan to China in 2011 of a complete set of suitable for Asian body movement of emerging golf fitness training theory,theory of permanent minimalist movement concept,through a simple exercise helps the body to restore the basic physical ability quickly.The permanent energy balance is the core content of the theory.In this article,through interviews,case analysis,the literature data method,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis method,a more intuitive understanding to permanent theory.Through analyzing the permanent action of practice and theory training,more subjective feeling the body shape from HAL Method raining on the improvement and athletic ability of ascension;By following up on the user's training schedule and training before and after comparison and analysis,it is concluded that the theory of permanent training of different ages and different levels of golf player technology training in ascension has a positive effect.At present,the domestic theories about permanent less of the related literature and articles,hereby,in this article the application of theory of permanent in golf to conduct a comprehensive analysis.
