| The existence of work-family conflict has many influences on primary school teachers.First of all,improper handling of the relationship between work and family will have a negative impact on teachers' psychological and physical health.Such negative impact will not only bring pressure to teachers' educational work and reduce their work efficiency,but also have an impact on teachers' feelings at home.By investigating the current situation of primary school teachers' work-family conflict,this study analyzes the factors that influence primary school teachers' work-family conflict,and proposes relevant countermeasures to alleviate the conflict between primary school teachers' work and family based on these factors.In this paper,the "primary school teachers' work-family conflict questionnaire" compiled by Wu Mingxia et al.,consists of two subscales: one is the WIF scale,the other is the FIW scale.Each scale includes three dimensions,namely,emotional conflict,psychological resource conflict and behavioral style conflict,with a total of six dimensions.In this study,205 questionnaires were collected from primary school teachers in Shandong province,191 of which were valid,with an effective rate of93.7%.The survey results show that the influence of primary school teachers' family on their work is lower than that of their work on their family.In general,primary school teachers' WIF scores of psychological resource conflict are higher.Among them,teachers who have been teaching in two places for 11-20 years have higher work-family conflict.Teachers who held the position of deputy director,teachers who had 16 or more class hours,and math teachers scored higher for work interruptions.According to the survey results,the reasons for the problem are analyzed as follows: the reasons for the high family conflict include high WIF emotional conflict,inconvenient teacher development,multiple family roles and heavy family responsibilities.The reasons for the high conflict between teachers' work and family include high conflict in WIF behavior style,imbalance between work and family,misunderstanding of work and poor communication with family members.The reasons why the teacher's work interfered with his/her family included high conflict of psychological resources,high work pressure and low recognition of his/her job.Thereasons for teachers' work interfering with their families include too many teaching hours and concurrent work in other subjects.The reasons for the interference of mathematics teachers' work include the abstract mathematics subject,the large amount of homework correction and the heavy teaching task.According to the above reasons,specific countermeasures are put forward to alleviate the work-family conflict of primary school teachers.Through alleviating the WIF emotional conflict and effectively promoting the development of teachers,the work-family conflict of teachers who have been teaching for 11-20 years can be alleviated.The conflict between teacher's work and family can be alleviated by alleviating WIF behavior style conflict,balancing teaching and family,etc.By alleviating WIF psychological resource conflict and job stress,the interference between the teacher's work and the family can be alleviated.The interference of teachers' work to their families was alleviated by reducing teaching hours and so on.The interference of mathematics teacher's work to family can be alleviated through cooperation and simplification of homework. |
