With the reform of the new college entrance examination,the development of students' comprehensive ability has attracted an increasingly great attention,which puts forward higher requirements for teachers of the systematic and comprehensive teaching.However,chemistry has a close relationship with other disciplines.Based on the characteristics of chemistry,the infiltration of biological knowledge in chemistry teaching in senior high school can help to cultivate students to become all-round development person.The paper based on the theory of Learning Transfer Theory,Apperception Theory and Constructivist Learning Theory,after defining the concepts of infiltrate,interdisciplinary penetration and comprehensive curriculum,this paper combs and analyzes the interdisciplinary penetration points of high school chemistry and high school biology in the new curriculum standards and knowledge.Based on this,in order to understand the current teaching situation of infiltrating biological knowledge in chemistry teaching in senior high school,the study conducted a questionnaire survey on students who choose both chemistry and biology in the college entrance examination,and interviewed the chemistry teachers of high school.Found that students are not particularly understand the link between chemistry and biology,the students' s ability of knowledge transfer needs to be improved,and teachers still have some confusion in teaching.Based on this,in view of the problems identified during the investigation and combined with the organizational form of classroom teaching,this paper puts forward the infiltrating teaching strategies for the students who choose both chemistry and biology in the college entrance examination.Then,the paper puts forward the teaching design for the students who choose both chemistry and biology in the college entrance examination to infiltrate biology knowledge in high school chemistry teaching,and applies the proposed teaching strategies to the teaching design.And it is great important to study chemistry on compulsory part and selective compulsory part for students who choose chemistry in college entrance examination.Therefore,we choose one subject from the compulsory part and three subjects from the selective compulsory part to carry out the teaching design of infiltrating biological knowledge.In view of the form of special topics is a great way to promote interdisciplinary penetration teaching,the special topics teaching design of "basic nutrients in life" is carried out in the "organic chemistry foundation" module.Finally,it is found that the teaching design is moderate in infiltrating by the teacher interview,and interdisciplinary penetration teaching will play an important part in promoting students' knowledge acquisition and ability.
