Education Junior Research Career In The Teaching Of Moral

Junior high school students stand in the most important phase in terms of the future career. To develop the right career conscience through the moral teaching in the official school curriculum would be highly beneficial for them to gain the fundamental ability with respect to career planning, so that they can establish the correct view of life as well as the right set of values, which in turn will enable the students to fully develop their potentials while heading for social integration.The present paper made a survey into the career conscience of the junior high school students through questionnaires. The author has applied the document analysis, systematic comparative study between the objectives and teaching content of career education. Throughout the paper, the author has not neglected to provide specific examples to well illustrate her points. As the conclusion has been reached, the author proposed some strategies to ensure a successful execution of the career education.Conclusion:1.A great deficiency of career conscience has been detected during the current study. Most junior high students have not recognized the importance of career planning. Due to their considerable ignorance of the issue, to inculcate the career education became urgently essential.2.A comprehensive knowledge of career education is required for those who teach the subject. Objectives of career education should always be clearly stressed. Personal subjectivity or arbitrariness should be avoided. Teachers should further their understanding into the issue so as to bring the effective knowledge of career education into students’conscience.3.A nice starting point in career education would be to re-activate the key points students have learned from the moral lessons. Our teachers are supposed to combine the moral teaching together with career education in a rather subtle way.4.They should also be well aware of the actual conditions of the students while inculcating the fundamental career conscience into the moral teaching. It is strongly advised that they choose the right methods to facilitate the career education in order to fully realize the students’ potentials in the end.
