The implementation of the new curriculum reform is an important content that must be completed in our country's education circles,and one of the important tasks of curriculum implementation and teaching reform is to rebuild the classroom,which means that we should study,reform and reshape teaching in accordance with the ideas and ideas of the new curriculum reform,re-establish the new teaching concept and create the corresponding teaching behavior.Therefore,in today's high school ideological and political classroom teaching,only pay attention to the results of the idea is no longer in line with the requirements of the development of the times,so we should strengthen the classroom students active learning ability training,in order to improve students' knowledge level and political cultivation.The proposal of interactive teaching mode is the improvement of traditional teaching methods,which plays a very important role in improving the efficiency of high school ideological and political courses.Through the actual observation of the interactive teaching of political classroom in nanzhong two high schools,as well as the investigation and research on the interactive teaching subject,on the one hand,the development of interactive teaching of ideological and political classroom in the two high schools has achieved some achievements: the awareness of teacher-student interaction in the political classroom between the two schools has gradually increased,and the form of classroom interaction has also been somewhat rich.The relationship between teachers and students in the classroom is more harmonious,the psychological distance between teachers and students in the thought and politics classroom is gradually narrowing.But on the other hand,in the interaction of ideological and political classroom in the two high schools,there are still problems such as unreasonable status of teachers and students,insufficient interaction between teachers and students,superficialization and formalization of interactive content,and the fact that the interaction is mainly for cognitive purposes,the function of moral education is diluted.Through further in-depth study,the author found that the two schools part of the high school thinking teachers education concept lag,interactive knowledge reserve and interactive teaching experience lack,not enough in-depth understanding of learning,as well as the students' physical and mental characteristics of the objective limitations,poor learning habits,uneven learning ability and school evaluation mechanism unreasonable,The strong pressure given by the examination-oriented education model is the main cause of the problems in the current classroom interaction.Therefore,this paper mainly starts from the three dimensions of teachers,students and school management,and puts forward correspondingimprovement measures for the existing problems: teachers should innovate educational ideas,establish interactive teaching consciousness,and constantly improve their interactive teaching skills;After the interaction,the school should strengthen the support of classroom interaction,improve the management system and evaluation mechanism,increase the investment of funds,strengthen the construction of interactive culture.In short,through the teacher,students,school three forces complement each other to promote the high school ideological and political classroom interaction of the effective development.
