At the symposium of teachers of ideological and political theory course in school,General Secretary Xi pointed out that ideological and political theory course is the key course to implement the fundamental task of moral education and human cultivation,and we should conduct ideological and political course in a reasonable and vigorous way.However,with the launch and implementation of the reform plan of the new college entrance examination,the traditional fixed class teaching mode has not been able to meet the needs of the teaching of ideological and political course in senior high school.Non-graded instruction teaching has become the inevitable trend of future education development.At present,the practical exploration of the non-graded instruction teaching of ideological and political course in high school are mostly concentrated in coastal areas with rich educational resources.The experience of these areas is difficult to be popularized in the western regions where educational resources are relatively scarce.In order to better implement the party's education policy,promote education equity,and promote the reform of the new college entrance examination in the western region,individual schools in the western region have carried out a pilot implementation of the non-graded instruction teaching,trying to explore a non-graded instruction teaching mode suitable for the western region.Taking Tanghu middle school,the first high school in Sichuan Province,as an example,this paper studies and discusses the problems related to the non-graded instruction teaching of Ideological and political courses in high schools,including the following five chapters.In the first chapter,it summarized the main idea,content,writing process and method of the paper.Collect,consult and sort out relevant materials,put forward the background and significance of the thesis,elaborate the research situation of relevant issues at home and abroad,clarify the research ideas and methods of the thesis,and clarify the key and difficult points,innovations and shortcomings of the research.In the second chapter,this paper expounds the relevant theories of the non-graded instruction teaching of the ideological and political course in senior high school.By clarifying the concept and characteristics of the non-graded instruction teaching,summarizing the basic procedures of the non-graded instruction teaching,making clear the significance of the non-graded instruction teaching to the ideological and political course of high school,looking for the theoretical basis of the non-gradedinstruction teaching,and providing theoretical support for the effective implementation of the non-graded instruction teaching of the ideological and political course of high school.In the third chapter,this paper makes an investigation and analysis of the current situation of the implementation of the non-graded instruction teaching of Ideological and political education in senior high school.On the basis of the results of the investigation,the paper summarizes the achievements in the three aspects of students' development,teachers' growth and the development of Ideological and political subjects,and summarizes the problems existing in the implementation of the ideological and political non-graded instruction teaching in senior high school,such as teachers' and students' confusion,management problems and subject development difficulties.In the fourth chapter,combined with the actual situation,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems in the non-graded instruction teaching of Ideological and political education in senior high school.The main reasons are as follows: the lack of understanding of the non-graded instruction teaching,the slow construction of the non-graded instruction teaching curriculum of high school ideological and political course,the lack of the construction of the ideological and political teachers team in high school,and the imperfect construction of school supporting facilities.In the fifth chapter,in view of the relevant problems,combined with the achievements,this paper puts forward the effective implementation path of the non-graded instruction teaching of ideological and political course in high school.First of all,we should strengthen the theoretical propaganda to promote the implementation of the non-graded instruction teaching;second,we should speed up the curriculum construction and improve the quality of curriculum construction;third,we should strengthen the construction of teachers' team to promote the professional growth of teachers;finally,we should improve the supporting facilities to ensure the good operation of the non-graded instruction teaching.This paper takes the typical school as an example,goes deep into the front line of Ideological and political teaching in senior high school,discusses and studies the related problems of non-graded instruction teaching with a large number of data and materials,provides some references for the development of non-graded instruction teaching of Ideological and political course in Senior High School,and promotes the development of Ideological and political course reform in Senior High School underthe new college entrance examination.
