With the continuous deepening of quality-oriented education,the social demand has put forward higher requirements on the comprehensive quality of college students.As an important part of quality-oriented education in the new era,financial literacy is of great importance to the overall development of individuals.It is common sense that college students,as a high-knowledge group,should have a comprehensive quality in all aspects.But in fact,in recent years,with the infiltration of financial and economic problems in students' daily life,some phenomena on the campus have gradually exposed students' individual financial and economic literacy problem.There are many cases that university students themselves and their families are at risk due to lack of the necessary financial literacy.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to understand the level of financial literacy of college students and the current status of financial literacy education in colleges and universities,explore the causes of the current low level of financial and economic literacy of college students,find out the needs of financial and economic literacy of college students,make corresponding responses to the needs of college students,and put forward reasonable suggestions.This article randomly selected undergraduates from four universities in North China,Central China,South China,and Southwest China as a research sample for investigation.A total of 800 questionnaires were issued,705 of which were valid and the effective recovery rate was 92.76%.SPSS 23.0 Chinese software was used for statistical analysis of the survey results.In addition,some undergraduates were interviewed in depth.The survey results show that college students have a lower level of financial literacy,suffering many problems,such as irrational and unplanned consumption;Their financial management consciousness is sprouting but lacks financial knowledge and skills;they accept Internet finance highly but lack capacity to identify risks.Secondly,college students also have a poor understanding of financial literacy education.For example,the biased understanding of the concept of financial literacy education,a half-understanding of financial and economic literacy education;Superifical understanding of the function and role of financial literacy education.Finally,the survey also found that students have a high demand for developing financial and economic literacy education in schools.They have diverse needs in terms of initiation time,course offered,teaching forms and initiation subjects.However,there is an overall phenomenon that the school ignores the financial and economic literacy education of students.This paper uses fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fs / QCA)to conduct a small sample analysis of 40 cases,explaining the key factor combinations that affect college students' financial literacy levels.Finally,according to the current situation of financial literacy education in colleges and universities in China and the analysis of the key factors affecting the financial literacy level of college students,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the financial literacy education of college students from the university level,family level,government level and college students' own level.
