In recent years,with the development of online finance,college students have been trapped in online loan scams and financial frauds frequently,which has damaged China’s financial order and caused adverse social impact.Although various regulatory agencies have made joint efforts to rectify this chaos,they continue to emerge.To completely avoid such incidents,not only does the supervisory department need to pay close attention to the supervision of illegal institutions,but also must try to improve the financial identification ability of the victims,strengthen the ability to prevent financial risks and financial fraud,and strive to improve the level of financial literacy of college students themselves.However,the current research on the financial literacy of college students in China is relatively lacking.Therefore,research on the financial literacy of college students and its influencing factors is conducive to the formulation and implementation of China’s financial education policy,and it helps to improve the level of financial literacy of college students,thereby guiding It makes rational financial decisions and appropriate financial actions to avoid financial risk events.This article takes college students in Henan Province as the research object.By designing,distributing and recovering 408 questionnaires,the collated questionnaire data of college students in Henan Province are obtained,and the financial literacy index of college students in Henan Province is measured.Influencing factors of literacy,and then put forward related suggestions to improve college students’ financial literacy.Specifically: First,the questionnaire data was sorted,and the results of the survey were descriptive statistics to qualitatively evaluate the financial literacy level of college students in Henan Province;secondly,factor analysis was used to measure the financial literacy of college students in Henan Province,and Henan was obtained The comprehensive score of the financial literacy index of college students in the province,quantitatively evaluated the financial literacy level of college students in Henan Province,and had a clear and accurate understanding of it,and provided support for the future education of financial literacy for college students;Finally,the multiple linear regression method was used to explore the factors that affect thefinancial literacy of college students in Henan Province.From this,the direction and effective measures to improve the financial literacy of college students in Henan Province were clarified,and related countermeasures were proposed.The research conclusions of this paper include:(1)The financial literacy of college students in Henan universities is at a medium level,but the individual differences are large and the levels are uneven,and need to continue to improve.(2)College students in Henan provinces with different birthplaces have different levels of financial literacy;the financial literacy level of male college students is slightly higher than that of female college students;the financial literacy level of college students majoring in finance is much higher than that of non-financial majors.(3)The influence of financial education factors on the level of financial literacy of college students cannot be underestimated.All the variables attributed to the characteristics of financial education show significance in the model,indicating that the higher the degree of financial education of college students,the more they attach importance to financial education.The higher the level of financial literacy.(4)The variables in the risk appetite factors are all significant,which indicates that the more healthy the risk appetite attitude of college students,the less afraid of risk,and the better the level of financial literacy.Based on the conclusions of this article,the author puts forward a series of related optimization suggestions from the government,school,family and college students themselves. |
