Research On The Construction Of Teachers In Primary Schools Of Shanhaiguan From The Perspective Of Satisfaction

Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,Herzberg's two-factor theory and Adams' s equity theory,this assignment takes the teachers of Shanhaiguan primary school in Qinhuangdao as the research object.This paper,by means of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,explores the construction of primary school teachers from a thematic perspective from the perspective of primary school teachers' satisfaction with career management,career return and career development.Through quantitative analysis,this paper holds that the low satisfaction with the structure of the teaching staff,the level of salary and remuneration,the assessment system and the development of training and further study is a common situation of primary school teachers,and it is an important factor that affects their work enthusiasm and further affects the quality of education and teaching.The reasons for these low satisfaction,except some individual reasons,are generally due to the imperfect management system,imperfect incentive system,unequal rewards and unclear development goals.Based on this,this assignment tries to promote the administrative department of planning and design,perfect the school teachers in the evaluation and incentive mechanism,establishing the efficient supervision system and promote teacher's professional development from four aspects put forward some countermeasures: to strengthen the construction of primary school teachers to improve teachers' treatment,teacher resource planning,perfect the relevant policy system;To establish a scientific evaluation system and an effective incentive mechanism;To optimize external supervision and deepen the role of internal supervision;Reasonable arrangement of teacher training and continuing education,improvement of teachers' mental health management,organization of teachers for career development planning.
