The standardized construction of school mental health education is an important guarantee to improve the service ability and professional level of school mental health.In order to correctly grasp the development direction of mental health education in the period of social transformation and deeply understand the current situation of mental health education in schools,152 mental health teachers in primary and secondary schools,higher vocational colleges and universities in China were investigated by using the self-designed "questionnaire of mental health education in schools",which covers the basic situation,work content and team of mental health education in schools Construction,condition guarantee,effect evaluation and development suggestions.The results show that: 1.The development of school mental health education is an olive shaped structure of "start development maturity",which is the development path from university to higher vocational school to primary and secondary schools.Most schools have set up compulsory courses of mental health,and the forms and ways of mental health publicity activities are different.The main forms of psychological consultation are individual consultation and group consultation,and the intervention methods of psychological crisis mainly include psychological guidance,psychological education and suspension treatment.2.The mental health education teachers are mainly part-time mental teachers.The mental health teachers are young,with higher education background and lower rate of holding professional certificates.The special funds for mental health education are generally low.The mental health education sites in primary and secondary schools are relatively small.The higher vocational schools are in the middle level,and there are great differences between universities.3.The school has a low evaluation of psychological crisis intervention and prevention,working mechanism and condition guarantee;full-time and part-time teachers have a strong demand for working condition guarantee and professional skills while recognizing their working ability;the three types of schools need more forms to enrich the content of mental health work.Based on this,some suggestions are put forward to promote school mental health education more effectively.This study has a certain reference value for promoting school mental health education to the direction of standardization.
