A Study On College Students' Sense Of Acquisition In Ideological And Political Education In The New Era

The sense of acquisition is not only a subjective feeling of the masses generate from the benefits sharing and the fact that people's needs are met in the reform,but an evaluation criterion of the achievements of social reform in the new era.It's a response of the Party and country to the times on how to meet the people's growing requirements for a better life at a new historical starting point,which provides a problem orientation for the development of ideological and political education of college students.As an important foundation for strengthening the ideological work in colleges and universities,ideological and political education is the home domain for college students to seek,select,and acquire spiritual nourishment for their needs.College students are those who transform the ideas and values imbued by ideological and political education into practical power,nevertheless,their change in thinking is not a spontaneous process.Ideological and political education is supposed to highlight the subjectivity of college students and starts with meeting their practical needs,so as to stimulate their positive emotions for the promotion of their thought internalization.In consequence,the improvement of ideological,political and moral quality and the realization of all-round development of college students should be closely linked with the sense of acquisition obtained from ideological and political education in a spiral of development,in which college students are able to load the intellectual beliefs gained from education on positive emotional experience,so as to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students.This research highlights the human nature of ideological and political education.In the meanwhile,it provides value thinking for ideological and political education in its further motivation of endogenic force and students' enlightenment of self-education awareness.Therefore,it will be beneficial to promote the effectiveness of ideological and political education if we make efforts to study the sense of acquisition from ideological and political education of college students.The sense of acquisition of ideological and political education of college students refers to the positive subjective emotions which are formed when college students benefit from ideological,political and moral education in terms of cognition,aesthetics,beliefs,etc.It covers the sense of enlightened minds,the sense of aesthetic pleasure,the sense of firm ideal,the sense of cultural confidence and the sense of conscious practice.From the point of view of the development,the sense of acquisition of ideological and political education of college students is a cyclic process which goes from education supply,messages reception,notions acceptance to minds internalization.Since the development socialism with Chinese characteristics entered a new era,the Party and the state put stress on ideological and political education and a series of policies were promulgated,which provides an ideological guidance for scholars' in-depth study of sense of acquisition in theory and practice,and the educators' efforts in the educational reform.At the same time,the educates' publicity of self-awareness offers opportunities for the promotion of the sense of acquisition of ideological and political education.Nevertheless,it is trapped by sluggish growth,difficult assessment and its brief lasting effect.As a result,in order to promote the sense of acquisition of college students,principles of transpositional consideration,gradual progress,unconscious influence and common sharing of supply and demand should be followed.To be more specific,firstly,educational content should be improved and resonance of value should be aroused.Secondly,educational methods should be softened so as to realize bilateral interaction between the educators and the educated.Thirdly,education carriers should be innovated to strengthening educational penetration.Fourthly,educational environment should be optimized for creating a healthy atmosphere.Fifthly,team construction should be strengthened to convince the educate.Sixthly,evaluation mechanism should be improved so that the energy of education can be released.
