Research On Development Level Evaluation Of Mass Sports In Rural Areas Of Guangxi

The evaluation of the development level of rural mass sports is an unavoidable practical problem in the process of the in-depth development of rural mass sports in China.This study USES the method of documents and materials,expert consultation method,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and mathematical statistics and other research methods,based on the theory of social development and the social evaluation theory,in a systematic,the principle of independence,gradation and operability for building,with conditions(input)-the results(output)theoretical model as guidance,in guangxi rural mass sports development level evaluation index system for building,form contains three primary evaluation index,10 secondary evaluation indexes and 29 tertiary evaluation index of guangxi rural mass sports development level evaluation index system,The evaluation index system constructed was empirically tested,and the following conclusions were drawn:1)this research according to the theory of social development,social evaluation theory,input-output theory as the theoretical basis,according to the conditions(input)-the results(output)"theoretical model,through two rounds of Delphi expert investigation method,finally determined by the three level of evaluation index,10 secondary evaluation indexes and 29 tertiary evaluation index of guangxi rural mass sports development level evaluation index system.2)This study tested the evaluation index system through factor analysis,and the results showed that the evaluation index system of the development level of mass sports in rural areas of Guangxi had good structural validity.3)In this study,the number of evaluation indicators for the development level of mass sports in rural areas of Guangxi is set reasonably,the evaluation index system covers a relatively comprehensive range,and the combination of objective indicators and subjective indicators makes the evaluation index system comprehensive,hierarchical and independent.4)Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to establish judgment matrix.Theconsistency ratio CR of each matrix was less than 0.1,which met the consistency requirement.Finally,the weight of guangxi rural mass sports development level evaluation index system is calculated.Among them,the level of importance of assessment indexes degree sorting conditions(0.4413)for sports activities,sports activities effect(0.1771)(0.4116),sports management,sports funding(0.2211),(0.1195)of social sports instructor team,taking part in the physical fitness consciousness(0.1407),(0.1133)and(0.1136),physical health facilities(0.1007)in the secondary evaluation index of the most important,The average per capita expenditure on physical activity of permanent residents(0.0956),farmers' concern for their own health(0.0911),the number of people who often take part in physical exercise(0.0842),the proportion of social sports instructors in townships(0.0772),and the qualified rate of rural residents' physical fitness test(0.0624)are among the top 5 in the total weight of the three-level evaluation index.5)In the process of initial construction of the evaluation index system,modification and optimization of the model,and determination of the weight of the evaluation index,the research method is reasonable,the research results are reliable,and the weight is set reasonably,which makes the evaluation index system systematic and scientific to a certain extent.6)On the basis of the established evaluation index system for the development level of mass sports in rural areas of Guangxi,this paper conducts an empirical test on the development level of mass sports in rural areas in yangshuo County,Mengshan County and Duan Yao Autonomous County,which are three typical counties in Guangxi.The empirical test results show that the evaluation results of the development level of mass sports in rural areas of Guangxi are basically in line with the actual social and economic development of Yangshuo County,Mengshan County and Duan Yao Autonomous County,indicating that the evaluation index system constructed by this research has certain applicability and rationality.
