The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly stated: "Foster virtue through education and enhance our students' well-rounded development.” On the basis of summarizing the previous educational reform and development,the current curriculum reform has new requirements on curriculum content,curriculum structure and core scientific literacy.The newly revised 2017 edition of the General Senior High School's Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards clearly points out that the teaching of activities-based subject curriculum should be designed around issues.Since 2017,the topic design of issue-based teaching in ideological and political courses in high schools has attracted much attention from scholars.Many scholars have carried out a lot of research and made some achievements,but they are still in their infancy and need further research and development.On the basis of existing research,this paper combines the current situation of the design of topical teaching issues in ideological and political courses in senior high schools,finds out the results and existing problems,analyzes the causes of the problems,and focuses on the strategies for problem optimization.This paper consists of Introduction,main text and conclusion.The introduction mainly expounds the practical basis,policy basis,theoretical basis,practical and theoretical significance of the topic,as well as the research methods,key and difficult points and innovations.The body includes three chapters.Chapter one : "The Importance of designing and researching the topic of high school ideological and political courses teaching." Integrating the related literature re search,this paper combed out the related concepts of the issue-based teaching topic design of politics courses in senior high schools,that is the topics,topic-basedteaching,topic-based teaching in ideological and political courses in high schools,an d topic-based teaching topic design in ideological and political courses in high schoo ls.The important role of high-schoolideological and political course's issue-based te aching issue design in basic education reform,subject curriculum construction,culti vation of students 'core literacy,improvement of teachers' teaching skills,and impro vement of issue-based teaching methods are emphasized.The second chapter: "Analysis of the current situation of the design of the ide ological and political teachingtopics in senior high school." Combined with the ques tionnaire,this paper analyzes theeffectiveness of the topic design of the ideological a nd political course in senior high school,and analyzes the problems of the issue desi gn from the aspects of attitude design,skills,presentation and evaluation.On this ba sis,the related causes of the above problems are explained from the perspective of te achers and schools,and it provides effective practical basis and data support for the third chapter to propose measures to solve the problems.The third chapter: " Optimizing the design of existing Problems in the designof high school ideological and political teaching topics." Mainly aiming at the existi ng problems,combined with the existing research and the characteristics of high sch ool ideological and political subject teaching,the relevant countermeasures are prop osed from the perspective of teachers and schools.Teachers mainly make in-depth a nalysis from the aspects of mastering the design principles of issues,multi-source de velopment issues,multi-type designissues,scientifically setting issues,carefully em bellishing the format ofissues,and enriching the presentation of issues.The schoo l mainly analyzes from the aspects of improving the school's hardware facilities,appr opriately reducing teachers' daily teaching tasks,organizing topic design training an d learning,developing topic design teaching practices,and improving the topic desig n evaluation system.Conclusion mainly summarizes the research of the full text,points out the main achievements and deficiencies of the research,and clarifies that the research needs to be further deepened and expanded.
