With the deepening of the new curriculum reform,the importance of grassroots teaching organizations has become increasingly prominent.Doing well the grass-roots teaching organization management under the "Internet plus" concept can not only strengthen teachers' teaching concept and enhance their professional ability,but also evaluate teachers' teaching in a more scientific and reasonable way,so as to truly improve the teaching quality and implement the teaching concept of the new curriculum reform.Based on the specific background of "Internet +",the author discusses the current situation of grassroots teaching activities in high schools,hoping to find a good way to improve the management and activity level of grassroots teaching organizations.Most of the chemistry teaching and research groups in which the author works are young teachers with working experience of less than 10 years.Therefore,the teaching and research activities carried out are in the form of many times.Most teachers are not interested in teaching and research activities due to their limited time,the venue is arranged at will,and the atmosphere of teaching and research activities is not clear.Sometimes,even in order to cope with the check-in,they rush back to the office to grade homework and test papers for students.The teaching and research activities have no actual effect.Under the huge impact of "Internet plus",the grass-roots teaching organization mode of teaching and research section(Group)has been greatly impacted,and it has been unable to cope with the challenges posed by the development of school education and teaching strategies and the innovation of organizational system.In the face of the above problems,this paper focuses on questionnaire survey and interview,which is conducted from four dimensions of organizational structure,construction philosophy,teaching method and management system.The survey and interview are conducted closely in and around the actual situation of grassroots teaching organizations,and in-depth analysis is conducted after obtaining data.The results show that there are many problems in the grassroots teaching organizations in senior high schools,such as low efficiency of teaching and research activities,superficial phenomenon,and weak participation of teachers,which are due to the weakening of grassroots teaching organizations,lagging behind the concept of grassroots teaching organizations,relatively traditional teaching methods,and low operating mechanism.Based on practical problems,this paper analyzes the current situation of grassroots teaching organization activities,and puts forward the following Suggestions for improving the effectiveness of grassroots teaching organization management and activities.First,strengthen the ability of network information,reconstruct the construction concept of high school grassroots teaching organization;The second is to optimize the operation structure of primary teaching organizations in high schools and improve teachers' network communication ability.Third,the introduction of intelligent technology to improve the organizational functions of high school grassroots teaching organizations;Fourth,digital management should be highlighted to improve the system and operation mechanism of primary teaching organizations in senior high schools.In the context of "Internet plus",only more and more grass-roots teaching organizations have promoted their management ability and level to promote teachers' professional development.Therefore,we should attach importance to every school's primary teaching organization and effectively enhance the effectiveness of teaching organization and management.
