There are a large number of private kindergarten teachers,whose level of information literacy have a momentous impact on the development of kindergarten educational informatization in China.To improve the information literacy of private kindergarten teachers is a momentous safeguard for improving the quality of kindergarten education and to promoting kindergarten education.This research mainly includes four contents as follows:The first part mainly elaborates the introduction and the design strategy.On the basis of previous research results,the connotation and components of kindergarten teachers’ information literacy are defined,and the survey and discourse for private kindergarten teachers’ information literacy are designed in combination with the characteristics of the development of education information 2.0 era and the peculiarities of kindergarten teachers.The second part is mainly about the results and analysis of the information literacy status of private kindergarten teachers.First of all,a descriptive statistical analysis was conducted on 223 valid questionnaires,and combined with the interview results of 6teachers,it was concluded that some private kindergarten teachers’ information literacy was at the low level.Secondly,with the help of SPSS software to do the difference analysis,it is found that there are momentous differences in information literacy among teachers of different ages,educational backgrounds,the title of technical post,territories and the number of training,while there is no significant difference in information literacy among teachers of different teaching ages and majors.The third part mainly summarizes the problems and reasons of private kindergarten teachers’ information literacy.The main problems are as follows: lack of awareness to cultivate children’s information literacy,insufficient mastery of information knowledge,low operating ability of information technology tools,information teaching ability need to be further improved,failure to make full use of the network learning space for network research and training,and the information ethics and morality need to be strengthened as well.Mainly from the private kindergarten teachers,private kindergarten and education departments from three levels of inductive causes of the above problems.The fourth part refers to the suggestions of private kindergarten teachers to improve their information literacy.Private kindergarten teachers are supposed to enhance the awareness of raising academic qualifications,update the information education concept,actively participate in teacher training and enhance the awareness of independent learning;Private kindergartens should improve the welfare of teachers,speed up the informational construction of kindergartens and strengthen the leading role of principals.Education departments ought to improve the management system of private kindergartens,formulate standards for preschool teachers’ information literacy,increase financial investment and training efforts,and further promote the construction of "three links and two platforms".
