Higher vocational education is the result of the popularization of higher education in China.Its scale has occupied half of the country's higher education market and it is an important part of the national education system and human resources development.It is the call of the times and the expectation of the people to comprehensively promote the development of higher vocational education from popularization to connotation,and to promote the scientific development of vocational education.It is the urgent mission and task of higher vocational colleges to focus on cultivating the innovative and entrepreneurial spirit of higher vocational students.Based on the new era,the country's demand for skilled talents with innovative and entrepreneurial spirit,the survival and development needs of higher vocational colleges themselves under the strategic reform situation of national vocational education,and the needs of Vocational College Students' all-round development are the power sources for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial spirit of vocational college students.The cultivation of higher vocational college students' innovative and entrepreneurial spirit is an important content of higher vocational college innovation and entrepreneurship education.It adheres to the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people and embodies the basic law of higher vocational education system reform and development.It is of great significance to promote the connotative development of vocational education,realize social harmony and stability,realize the self-value of vocational college students,revitalize national spirit and help "Chinese Dream".At present,the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial spirit of vocational college students in China is still in its initial stage.the relevant theories theory are still immature,and there are still differences in the understanding of this spirit.Of course,the reasons for this situation are complicated and diversified.Based on this,this paper adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire,comparative analysis,combination of theoretical research and empirical analysis,and systematic analysis,etc,and on the basis of explaining the chances,characteristics of vocational college students,analytic spirit,innovation and entrepreneurship,and concepts of vocational college students' innovation and entrepreneurship,analyzes the constituent elements of vocational college students' innovation and entrepreneurship as innovation and entrepreneurship consciousness,innovation and entrepreneurship ideal,innovation and entrepreneurship will and innovation and entrepreneurship practice spirit,puts forward the guiding ideology,principles and objectives of vocational college students' innovation and entrepreneurship cultivation,and strives toclarify the cultivation orientation of vocational college students' innovation and entrepreneurship.This study takes the higher vocational colleges in Ganzhou,Jiangxi province as an example,and through the investigation of teachers and students in sample schools,analyzes the current situation,causes and causes of the cultivation of vocational college students' innovative entrepreneurial spirit,and finds that the cultivation of vocational colleges' innovative entrepreneurial spirit is faced with such difficulties as ideological understanding deviation,short knowledge supply,and general lack of cultural construction.According to this,it is proposed to further update the educational concept in order to stimulate the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship;Consolidate the culture of Innovation and entrepreneurship to catalyze the ideal of innovation and entrepreneurship;Pay attention to ideological and political education to solidify innovation and entrepreneurship will;Innovating the cultivation mechanism to help the innovation and entrepreneurship practice to achieve the cultivation results.
