Physics is an experimental science.In physics,the establishment of concepts and the development of laws are based on experiments.Physics is based on experiments,and the key of experiments is about to innovate.The innovation can improve the classroom efficiency,stimulate students' interest in learning,and help students to learn physics in depth,not just by memorizing formulas but by focusing on the physical laws,so as to combine theory with practice.From the latest version of the high school physics course standard,we can see that the physical experiment plays a very important role in the teaching of physics.However,in the practical teaching,because of the differences in teaching resources,teaching pressure and so on,any breakthroughs of the key and difficult point of experiment has not been made.And after referring to a large amount of data,the author learned that many people seek solutions from various perspectives in order to solve experimental problems,such as improving experimental teaching strategies,comparing experiments of domestic and foreign textbooks,improving experimental principles of experimental methods,and so on.The teaching and research team of the author's school analyzed their main problems: 1.The operation of exploratory experiments is insufficient;2.The effect of traditional experimental equipment is not ideal;3.Due to the limit of geographical environment,some experiments cannot be completed;4.The traditional experiments are dull,lack of fun and inspiration;5.The students do not attach enough importance to experiments.In view of the low experimental scores of students and the experiments problems existing in our school,the teaching and research group of our university has tried to improvethe physical experiment and its teaching strategies.This paper mainly introduces the optimization and innovation of physical experiment in high school,especially the optimization of demonstration experiment.Through the improvement and innovation of experiment,we hope that we can make more and better works for our classroom teaching,which will make the method of experiment simpler and easier to operate,the phenomenon more obvious,or the measurement accuracy higher,and thus the qualitative demonstration experiment can be improved to make the quantitative demonstration possible.Taking the present situation of our school and the actual working experience of the teachers' team into account,the teaching and research group combed and optimized the experimental equipment,producing a large number of self-made achievements.In this process,we have adopted the following optimization and innovation strategies:1.Make up for the shortcomings of traditional experiments by self-made teaching aids,which can be reflected in:(1)Inspiring students' interest and curiosity in learning(2)Supplementing laboratory equipment not available(3)Making breakthroughs in the key and difficult concepts or rules2.Improve the experimental results by improving traditional experimental instruments.3.Improve some deficiencies in experimental observation and measurement by introducing digital experiments,.4.Show experiments that cannot be actually operated through multimedia demonstration tools.5.Enhance students' perception of the physical laws by turning some demonstration experiments into group experiments.These innovations and improvements are more conducive to students' interest in the subject of physics and their initiative in learning physics.They are also more helpful to students' understanding of physical concepts and rules,and to the improvement of our classroom teaching level.At the same time,it can promote schools to carry out a variety of physical extracurricular activities,and find out the outstanding young people,so as to train them better.In this paper,the various types of experiments involved in the textbook of high school textbook are sorted out in a list.It can be seen that there are a large number of experimental arrangements in our country and there are rich types of textbooks.So if wemake good use of these experiments and master them fully,we can meet the requirements of the curriculum standards for students' experimental ability.This paper also shows sixteen innovative experimental devices that we have developed,and describes their principles,uses,operation methods,advantages and so on.Finally,with the help of these experimental equipment,the awards that our teachers have obtained in participating in various kinds of competitions,as well as the progress of students' achievements and the improvement of their abilities are shown.
