The significance of teachers'development in educational reformation increasingly apparent. The teacher become the educational reform success or failure the key. Teachers not only impart knowledge or influence students'intelligence and capacity development, but also have a clear or potential impact on student understanding of the world through their teaching. In this sense, teachers are the most important people in students'personality and individuality development, their role is irreplaceable. In the mature period, teachers fully adapt to teach and grasp the initiative of the job. In the plateau period, teachers would be active in the comprehensive assessment of themselves and their career development, seek support from all quarters to get out of the"plateau"as soon as possible. The spanning period is the phase when teachers practice and innovate to exceed themselves with all aspects of support, and ultimately achieve the ideal boundary.
