With the coming of intellective and economic age, education reform is considered as an important tactic that can accelerate the development countries in the world. The significance of teachers'development in educational reformation increasingly apparent. The teacher become the educational reform success or failure the key. Teachers not only impart knowledge or influence students'intelligence and capacity development, but also have a clear or potential impact on student understanding of the world through their teaching. In this sense, teachers are the most important people in students'personality and individuality development, their role is irreplaceable. However, after years of teaching practice, a kind of teacher can achieve a higher degree of professional development, that is expert teachers. The analysis and discussion of their growing process can help to understand the mystery of their growth.The paper first discusses the significance of the growth expert teachers and involves the concept of paper defined. Chapter I analyses teacher professional development stage correlation achievements that come from overseas and domestic. The reason why there are different stages of development model, because researchers from the perspective of teachers, as well as the criteria for the classification of the different teachers development stages. This paper divides the expert teacher professional development stage into the adaptation period, the growth period, the mature period, the plateau period and the spanning period. From Chapter II to Chapter VI, it focuses on the basic features and solution in the adaptation, growth, mature, plateau and spanning period, which is the key of this paper. Adaptation period is the early days of being a teacher. Teachers should complete their change to the role of teachers in order to lay a good foundation for the follow-up development. In the growth period teachers are energetic, broad-loving and passionate in their work. Their performance improves rapidly. In the mature period, teachers fully adapt to teach and grasp the initiative of the job. In the plateau period, teachers would be active in the comprehensive assessment of themselves and their career development, seek support from all quarters to get out of the"plateau"as soon as possible. The spanning period is the phase when teachers practice and innovate to exceed themselves with all aspects of support, and ultimately achieve the ideal boundary.
