The proposal of the core literacy of geography in the newly revised "General Senior High School Geography Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition)" has an important guiding role for the current high school geography teaching,and it is a deep understanding of the geography subject's education goals.The core literacy of geography includes four elements: human-land coordination view,comprehensive thinking,regional recognition,and geographic practice.Among them,it is difficult to cultivate the practical power of geography acquired through geographic practical activities such as research study trips,but it shows the connection between geography teaching and social reality,which is of profound significance.In the "Opinions on Promoting Study Trips for Primary and Middle High School Students" jointly issued by the Ministry of Education in 2016 and other 11 departments,all primary and secondary schools in the whole country are required to incorporate study trips into the school's education and teaching plans in accordance with local conditions.The 2016 edition "International Charter of Geographical Education" also emphasizes the importance of practicality as a feature of geography.Geography does not have any form of geographic practice such as research travel,just as scientific research does nothave experimental verification.In recent years,the cultivation of geographic practical force literacy based on research travel activities in the teaching of geography has become a research hotspot,but many schools have insufficient understanding of the necessity and importance of geography core literacy practice proposed in the "General Senior High School Geography Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition)".Fewer schools carry out geographic practice activities such as field trips,social surveys,research trips,etc.Most of the school who do are extremely inexperienced in its form and content,organizational methods,and effect evaluation.These status quo and the requirements of geography curriculum reform are inconsistent.Therefore,in order to implement the new curriculum reform and new curriculum standards and provide reference for frontline teachers of middle school geography,it is urgently necessary to combine the actual local study travel projects.The scene of the local study trip originates from the scene of home life.The research problem arises from the needs of real life.Implementing the curriculum concept of "learning geography in life and learning useful geography",the local study trip can promote the core literacy of geography,especially for the current weak geography practice literacy.Combining with the teaching material "Geography" published by People's Education Press in 2019,this paper designs the the local trip study project named "Observing the Landform of the Hometown" at Tianmu Hill and "Observing the weather in the hometown" at Danxia Hill,both are located at Shuangfeng county in Panzhou City.These above local trip study projects are taking fully advantages of the geography resources around the school and using them as geography study materials to connect high school geography teaching content with local examples,which will help to develop and enhance the core literacy of geography practice of our students.This study combines the current practice of geography teaching and follows students 'cognition rules from near to far,from known to unknown,and explores the development and practice of high school rural land science research travel projects aimed to the cultivation of high school students' geographic practice skills.The research conclusions of this article are as follows: First,through literature analysis,combining the actual geographical conditions of the student's hometown,the design principles of the indigenous research travel project are proposed,including the principles of locality,scientificity,operability,participation,and observability.And security principles.Second,through the existing local research trip project or case analysis,combined with your own perspective,the components of the local research trip project are introduced,including the project profile,project goals,project content,preparation before project implementation,project implementation process,and project data compilation.Analysis,project evaluation and reflection.Third,after the implementation of the local research trip project,the process and final evaluation of the cultivation of the geographical practice power of the research members is made.Based on the changes in the three levels of the geographical practice power of the research members,three local research trips designed and implemented in this paper are obtained.The project has a certain effect on the cultivation of students' geographic practical ability.
