Due to the fierce competition in the current personal development of teachers,and the existing school-based training mode can not combine the characteristics of every teacher to carry out effective training,affecting the quality of education and training.In the existing research,too much is to study the personal development of teachers and how to seek educational innovation,while the research on the construction of customized training system is relatively less.Therefore,in the process of research,how to implement the customized school-based development model has a positive effect on the realization of teacher training innovation.The development of new teacher training in primary and secondary schools,with customized school-based development model as the core,adheres to the principle of combining theory and practice,and studies the practical application of customized school-based development model in the comprehensive ability training of new teachers.The specific research contents are as follows:Based on Maslow's demand theory and teacher development theory,this paper analyzes the practical application of school-based development model of new teachers in primary and secondary schools.In the process of research,it aims to improve the training quality of new teachers in primary and secondary schools with customized script development model.In the process of practical operation,combined with the development needs of new teachers,the application needs of school-based development mode are analyzed.On this basis,the training mode of new teachers in Chongqing B school is taken as the research object,and through investigation and analysis,the actual application of the training mode of new teachers in Chongqing B school is analyzed.It is found that there are still low training efficiency and training effect Not ideal.Further research finds that the above problems are directly related to the management mechanism,training time,training content and training evaluation in the application process of school-based development mode.Therefore,the application of customized school-based development mode needs to be adjusted from the aspects of training purpose,training process and content,highlighting customized training,and improving the training effect ?...
