A Study On The Dual Customization Training Mode Of Cruise Tourism Talents

With the vigorous development of cruise tourism in China,many international cruise companies have turned their attention to China,which has created a good environment for the development of cruise tourism in China.However,the steady development of any industry can not do without professionals,cruise tourism is the same.Cruise tourism is a very comprehensive industry,he requires cruise talents is not only generalists,but also professionals,in order to properly deal with cruise affairs.However,such talent is very scarce in our country,restricting the development of cruise tourism in China.In recent years,in response to the demand of the market,colleges and universities have opened cruise tourism related majors.However,due to the late start of this major in our country,we are lack of a unified talent training model and colleges and universities are constantly exploring.Through the collation of relevant documents and interviews and questionnaires to cruise enterprises and in-service workers,it is found that the graduates trained in colleges and universities can not fully meet the needs of the international cruise market,and there is a serious brain drain phenomenon.The author analyzes all kinds of materials obtained by qualitative analysis,finds out the shortcomings of the traditional talent training mode,and finds out that the general talent training mode emphasizes the all-round development of talents and lacks the pertinence of training at the same time.The "order"training mode emphasizes the cultivation of talents according to industry standards and neglects the demand of their lifelong development.On the basis of the innovation of this paper,the author puts forward the training mode of dual customization for cruise tourism talents.First,it refers to the customized talent training model based on the industry employment standards from the perspective of the cruise company.Secondly,it refers to the customized talent training model based on the lifelong career development of talents and student-oriented,such training mode is referred to as dual customization for short.This paper also demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of the dual customization talent training model,and then puts forward the realization path of this training mode,which takes the cruise company and the talent lifelong development as the visual angles respectively.And puts forward the safeguard measures of the realization of this path.Based on the qualitative analysis method,the author analyzes all kinds of materials obtained,finds out the problems existing in the current training model of cruise ship talents,and then puts forward some suggestions,such as clarifying the professional orientation,solving the bottleneck problem of English language,unifying the talent training mode,deepening the integrative teaching,strengthening the training of double-qualified teachers,constructing the training room inside and outside the school,optimizing the curriculum,etc.The cultivation of cruise tourism talents is a comprehensive,complex and highly changeable project,which needs the cooperation of universities,cruise enterprises and the government in order to cultivate talents who can adapt to the changing cruise tourism market.On the basis of this,the author puts forward the dual customization training mode of cruise tourism talents on the view of cruise company and the lifelong development of students.It is hoped that it can provide a reference for the cultivation of cruise tourism talents in colleges and universities.This training mode can not only provide basic talents for cruise tourism in China,but also select and reserve outstanding management talents so as to promote the overall development of China's cruise tourism industry.
