China's rapid economic growth has not only satisfied people's material and cultural needs,but also created some health problems.Teenagers are important force to promote the development of society,his health problems been attached great importance to family,society and country,according to a 2014 national physique monitoring bulletin shows that the level of adolescent eyesight decline gradually development,rising rates of obesity,physical activity is carried out in problem increasingly prominent,such as the reason for insufficient physical activity,sedentary behavior,time is long,screen time is long,and teenagers about dietary disequilibrium,so it is urgent to improve adolescent health problems,improve the level of adolescent physical activity and reduce sedentary behavior,reduce the screen time and improve diet structure is an important means to promote the health of teenagers at the moment.Based on the physical activity time,intensity,project and sedentary behavior of high school students in changsha city,this paper conducts research from the perspective of social ecology,analyzes the characteristics and constraints of physical activity behavior of high school students in changsha city,and provides feasible Suggestions and countermeasures for the promotion of physical activity of high school students in changsha city.In this study,800 high school students from four middle schools in changsha were given the Chinese version of the international physical activity questionnaire(IPAQ)and the questionnaire on influencing factors of physical activity of students in changsha.The results are as follows:(1)in changsha city high school students physical activity over thepast seven days time average of 922.37 minutes,with great intensity,moderate intensity and time was 216.74 minutes,292.67 and 412.96 minutes,daily physical activity in the time to study in the different projects accounted for the highest 485.04 minutes,followed by 215.07 minutes exercise and leisure entertainment,transportation 117.46 minutes and 104.81 minutes of daily life.(2)Among the physical activity time of different intensity,the average daily physical activity time of middle and high intensity of high school students in Changsha is more than 60 minutes,which meets the activity time recommended by China's activity guidelines for children and adolescents;In the high intensity physical activity time,there were significant differences between genders and grades,among which the physical activity time of girls and second grade students was less than 30 minutes per day.(3)In terms of physical activity time of different items,there were significant differences between male and female students in terms of high intensity physical activity time of daily study and daily life,moderate intensity physical activity time of sports and recreation,and physical activity time of walking.Male students were all higher than female students.There were significant differences among grades in the time of high intensity physical activity in daily life,transportation,exercise and walking time for leisure and recreation,with the first grade all higher than the second grade.(4)In terms of sedentary behavior and sleep time,the mean of sleep time and sedentary behavior in a week of senior high school students in Changsha is 626.05 minutes and 444.38 minutes respectively,the mean of school day is 641.44 minutes and 424.47 minutes,and the mean of rest day is 533.71 minutes and 503.86 minutes respectively.There were no significant differences in gender and grade between sleep duration andsedentary behavior among senior high school students in Changsha.But the average changsha high school student sleeps less than eight hours,The sleep time of high school students is less than 8 to 10 hours as recommended by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.The average sedentary time is more than 10 hours a day.The lack of sleep time and the long sitting time aggravate the students' lack of physical activity.(5)In the relationship between social ecological factors and physical activities of senior high school students in Changsha,the main factors affecting physical activity participation of senior high school students in Changsha are physical activity cognition level,family peer support,physical activity teacher level,campus sports environment,campus physical activities,support of head teacher and sports venues and equipment.(6)In the relationship between social ecological factors and gender of high school students in Changsha,there were significant differences between male and female students in physical activity cognition level,physical education teacher water and campus sports environment.Male students are higher than female students in the level of physical activity cognition and lower than female students in the level of physical education teachers and the requirements of campus physical education environment.(7)The relationship between social ecological factors and senior high school students in Changsha city,different grades have significant differences in physical activity cognition level and teacher in charge support,and senior students have higher physical activity cognition level and teacher in charge influence than junior students.
