College physical education teachers,as the backbone of college physical education,are also the lifeblood of college physical education's success in practice.In recent years,with the overall increase in the state's focus on the quality of higher education teaching,the teaching level of physical education teachers in colleges and universities has greatly improved overall.However,due to the influence of traditional academic and teaching concepts,and the lack of attention of school administrators on physical education,the academic development of physical education in colleges and universities is still not optimistic.Therefore,paying attention to the academic ability of physical education teachers in colleges and universities has gradually become a real problem that society and schools cannot ignore and must pay attention to.This thesis adopts five research methods,such as the literature data method,questionnaire survey method and expert interview method,to investigate and study the current status of physical education teachers' academic ability in colleges and universities,and explore and analyze the influencing factors of physical education teachers' academic ability Propose corresponding countermeasures.The thesis mainly researches from the following parts:The first part is the preface.This article mainly expounds the research background of the thesis from the internal needs of theprofessional development of physical education teachers in colleges and universities,the practical demands for improving and improving the quality of physical education courses in universities and the interest and attention of researchers,and the research significance of the thesis from both theoretical and practical aspects;To classify and summarize the relevant literature at home and abroad,aiming to provide valuable materials for the research on the academic ability of physical education teachers in colleges and universities;define the core concepts of this thesis as the logical starting point of this thesis.The second part is the research objects and methods.This paper mainly adopts five methods,such as literature method.Based on the existing research background,it cooperation,teaching concepts and evaluation ability.It is reflected in the negative attitude of teaching and learning;insufficient investment in teaching reform research;separation of teaching research and academic research;the emphasis on scientific research and less teaching in the evaluation system;the imbalance of the knowledge structure of education and teaching.The fifth part is to explain the influencing factors of the academicability of college physical education teachers.Mainly from four aspects of society,system,school and physical education teacher's own influencing factors to analyze the causes of the academic ability of physical education teachers in colleges and universities.The factors at the social level mainly include the differences between the traditional teaching concept and the academic concept,the wrong orientation of the traditional academic concept and the academic concept of physical education teaching to be further established;The factors at the system level mainly include the independent construction of physical education teaching knowledge and the lack of training systems,the difficulty in the operation of physical education academic evaluation and the lack of academic requirements for physical education in the incentive system;School-level factors mainly include school administrators' "emphasis on scientific research and less teaching",vague positioning of the teaching and research functions of the physical education teaching and research department,the relatively narrow academic platform for physical education and the lack of targeted support for academic activities in physical education;Physical teachers' own factors include the lack of scientific understanding of teaching academics,the relative lack of
