University teachers are researchers who implement the teaching work in Colleges and universities and scientific research work, so the university teachers to enhance the ability of the key to improve the quality of teaching in Colleges and universities.This paper mainly adopts the method of combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research, research on University Teachers’ teaching academic ability. Select 6Heilongjiang University of 428 university teachers as the research object, using the statistical software SPSS22.0 and Amos7.0, for college and university teachers in teaching and academic ability of factor analysis and found that the results: college teachers teaching academic ability in terms of seniority, job title, where types of colleges and universities, has won teaching awards exist significant differences.According to the investigation of the problem, from pay attention to promotion of University Teachers’ teaching academic concept, the professional level of teachers,improve teachers’ evaluation system three aspects put forward countermeasures and suggestions on improving the teaching academic abilities of teachers in Colleges and universities.
