| The professional development of new teachers is the key point of the construction of preschool education teachers and an important stage in the process of teachers' professional development.How to better solve and deal with the initial confusion and difficulties has become an urgent problem.H University Kindergarten dual tutor system is two tutors of different levels to guide the professional development of new teachers at different levels,which provides an effective way to help new teachers solve the problems encountered in the process of professional development,and also promotes the overall quality of teachers in the park to a certain extent.Through the research on the dual tutor system of H University Kindergarten,we can provide support and decision support for the new teachers' learning and growth,which has direct reference significance for the improvement of the quality of preschool education teachers in China.At the same time,it enriches the professional growth theory and teacher education theory of new teachers,and provides a reliable basis for the improvement of the quality of preschool teachers.In this study,through the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,questionnaire survey,interview,observation and other methods,the implementation of H University Kindergarten dual tutor system is studied in depth.H University Kindergarten's dual tutor system: the selection,guiding objectives,tasks and guiding mechanism of dual tutors.Among them,the selection and matching of dual mentors include the selection,composition and determination of specific guidance objects;the guidance objectives and tasks of dual mentors are specifically divided at different levels,the guidance of secondary mentors focuses on basic and comprehensive guidance,the guidance of primary mentors focuses on specialization and improvement;guidance of hierarchical guidance,tutorrotation,evaluation and incentive mechanism,The effective operation of the mechanism provides guarantee for the implementation of the double tutor system.On this basis,different levels of mentors have different emphasis on guidance activities.The second level tutor focuses on the guidance of class work,guiding the new teachers to formulate the daily management process of children,guiding them to use the "four quadrant method" to reasonably plan their time,guiding them to use the "6S method" to manage the class environment,and guiding them to carry out the work of parents.The first level tutors pay attention to the guidance of teaching and scientific research,including the joint formulation of the new teacher's guidance plan,the guidance of teaching activities and the joint teaching and research.Through the analysis of the specific guidance activities of the double tutors,the comprehensive guidance of the double tutors in the kindergarten of H University is reflected from the side,and the excellent teachers in the kindergarten are mobilized to the greatest extent.At the same time,the professional ability of the tutors is fully exerted and the quality of the tutor's guidance is guaranteed by using the task division and hierarchical guidance mechanism.Through the analysis of the relevant data of the new teachers' professional development,the implementation of the double tutor system is highly recognized by both the tutors and the students,and remarkable results have been achieved in the new teachers' professional development.However,in the specific implementation process,there are also some problems such as the specific guidance responsibilities of dual mentors are not clear enough,the guidance methods need to be improved,some mentors' guidance tasks are biased,and the process objectives of dual mentors are not clear enough.At the same time,in view of the problems found in the research process,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as optimizing the division ofresponsibilities of tutors,improving the guidance mode of tutors,strengthening the construction of tutor team in the park,and establishing the tutor performance evaluation system combining quantitative and qualitative methods,so as to better promote the construction of dual tutor system for new kindergarten teachers. |
