At the beginning of 2020,the outbreak of novel coronavirus outbreak has raised public health awareness and increased attention to health.Teenagers are in a special period of physical development and psychological development,which is related to their healthy growth,and some bad habits are the main reasons affecting the healthy growth of teenagers.According to the 2011 edition of the compulsory education biology curriculum standards clearly put forward the teaching goal of "promoting the healthy development of middle school students' physical and mental health,gradually developing good life and hygiene habits,and establishing a positive and healthy attitude towards life".In the middle school biology teaching to understand the health status of students,permeate the concept of health timely,to implement health education,to raise adolescent health awareness,to improve the health of students,it is important to promote the healthy growth of teenagers.On the basis of defining the concept of sub-health and realizing the current situation of secondary school students' sub-health,this study expounds the necessity of implementing health education.Taking the students in Grade 8 in No.17 Middle School in Dehui Country of Jilin Province as the objects of investigation,based on biology teaching materials of grade 8 and taking biology classroom teaching as the carrier,health education is integrated into biology teaching.Combining with questionnaire survey,students' diet,work and rest routines,exercise,psychological status,physical health status and academic performance are compared before and after the implementation of health education.The main research results are as follows: the implementation of health education enhanced the health consciousness of students,about 70% of the experimental group of students are aware of their own sub-health problems,and take the initiative to improve their health ideas.The students' eating habits improved,with about 79% of the experimental group skipping snacks for meals,40% more than the controlling group.The students had more regular hours and were more active in sports.About 57% of the students in the experimental group were active in physical exercises,45% more than those in the control group.The students were psychologically healthier.About 72% of the students in the experimental group had the courage to complete tasks independently and were confident,48% more than the controlling group.The students' academic performance improved,and the excellent rate was 12% higher than that of the controlling group.It can be seen that the infiltration of health education concept in biology teaching has deepened students' cognition of health,enhanced their health mentality cultivated students' good behavior habits,stimulate the students' interest in learning,students' biological literacy has been improved.On the basis of teaching practice,this paper summarizes the practical effect of implementing health education in biology teaching,summarizes the teaching methods to improve junior middle school students' sub-health status,and deeply excavates the contents of teaching materials,and puts forward the strategies to infiltrate health education into junior middle school biology teaching.For example,the use of reasonable diet knowledge to cultivate students' good eating habits,the use of scientific experimental knowledge to guide students to work and rest scientifically and enhance students' self-confidence,the use of sports knowledge to guide students to insist on physical exercise,the use of life knowledge to improve students' life consciousness,the use of adolescent knowledge to promote students' physical and mental health development.Educating and teaching research is the foundation of education development.It is of great significance to improve students' health and improve their academic performance by permeating health education into biology teaching in junior high school and reflecting the educational concept of "people-oriented,health first".At the same time,it is of great benefit to the improvement of the teaching ability and the teaching effect of the biology teachers in middle school.Therefore,in the future biology teaching,continue to carry out in-depth health education research,and continue to summarize and improve in the research,in order to improve the comprehensive quality of students to do the responsibility of the biology teachers.
